Inconsistent quality

I purchased two of these and one had a few loose strings at the hemmed edge. I purchased a third and the pole sections did not fit together. It is being returned and I hope to get a refund and not be charged to ship back defective merchandise.

This is a berry berry beautiful umbrella and shows better than any color of blue youd ever see. I ordered a set of seat cushions at the same time but havent received them yet. Why is there such a delay In that, Im very disappointed. Also, never did get my 1st order 10 discount!

Great umbrella. Nice color navy- we sprayed a waterproofer/sun protectant on the umbrella before we used it to prolong it looking nice. We bought a second on as we are happy with the quality.

Fit perfectly! Really like everything about this 1/2 umbrella, just what I wanted/needed. Well made and looks great, nice update to my patio. Bought with a 1/2 stand to hold it in place.

Nice product for a small shady solution.

The Half Umbrella is a brilliant idea for those hidden spots where the sun hits directly but they're not wide enough to for the full round one. We put it against our backyard fence so our puppy has a shade spot on the grass.

Decent price for a decent umbrella

Material seems ok and fits perfect for my area. I wish there was a vertical cloth portion on the half of the umbrella that doesn't fold so it can block the gap that is created by only having 1/2 an umbrella.

Discovered half umbrellas existed about 2 years ago. We moved recently and have the perfect place for one. This is colorful and,, with the half size base, fits perfectly on our small deck. Good quality and easy to assemble.

Not happy at all. Has faded to a light gray. Granted, I do live in the Florida sun, but the other two umbrellas that I bought in black, also from Wayfair, are not fading at all. structurally, it’s easy to move around and doesn’t need a super heavy base.

Disappointing in function.

I had high hopes this umbrella would provide shading for my small table top grill, but it did not. Being marketed as "weather resistant" was also a selling point in the event of a light shower. However, the width was not adequate enough coverage for both a 2' table and a cook because though it is 4' wide, nearly a foot is taken up fitting behind the table, so the cook would get wet anyway. Also, the 20 lb. half-round base I have did not keep it steady in breezes even when the umbrella was in the down position. Perhaps a full-round base would work, but that did not suit my space in fitting under my small table. Otherwise, the crank worked well and the color was true to the photo on-line. A few threads were dangling in the material, however. I will just have to maneuver my full size tilting umbrella to provide shade and continue to grill only in fair weather. I do not recommend this product.

Love the half umbrella and it appears that it was exactly what we wanted EXCEPT they put the crank handle on the wrong side!! We purchased a half umbrella to use against a large deck wall as shown in the pictures on their website. But, the handle to raise and lower the umbrella was put on the wrong side …. So it interferes with the install and even if we could install that way you can’t lower or raise the umbrella. Crazy.

Very Nice Umbrella!

I didn't pay attention to the size of this Wow is it large, I Love it! The pole is quite tall so we are trying to find a way to keep it against the wall since it is top-heavy. Love it though! My last 1/2 umbrella was off-white, I bought the dark blue to change things up in the pool area. Hopefully, this material lasts as long as the cream-colored one. Pics posting soon!

Perfect for small balcony or tight outdoor space.

Our daughter lives in a small apartment with a small balcony. This half umbrella is a perfect fit and keeps the direct sun away from her window in the heat of the day! Highly recommend for those tight outside spaces and small balconies.

Nice Wall Hugger Umbrella

I bought the red Half Round Umbrella. It was great as long as the sun was high in the summer sky. It faded a lot with constant sun and heat and it blew over a couple of times. It was closed at those times. I think the stand needs to be a little heavier/sturdier. Right now it is just laying on the ground until the Sun hits a higher level and the wind settles down.

I would love to give this five stars because the umbrella well made and is a beautiful color...I bought it early in the spring so I could be sure to get the color I wanted before they were sold out. The problem, I didn't open the box until I was ready to put it outside, and the top cap on the umbrella is broken. Return window closed, so I will use it and hope it doesn't cause issues with rust inside the umbrella. Lesson, even if you are not using your purchase right away, check for damage as soon as it is received

Perfect for a small city balcony

This is exactly what I needed for my small balcony. It's still a bit too large, but I make it work. The crank is quality and the umbrella material is a hefty weight to provide good protection from light to medium rain. (The material also holds up to heavier rain, but because it's half sized, may be hard to avoid getting wet if it's at all windy.)

I bought two of these, and haven't regretted it. The comment I receive most is, "I didn't know umbrellas were made like that! Where did you get it!" I put mine above sliding patio doors on a narrow porch landing. It allows us now to step out onto the patio even during an Canadian West Coast rain. They are solid; even handling coastal wind. A good purchase.

I really like this half-brella! I have a long, but not terribly wide, patio. I have a round table at one end with a 9-foot market umbrella. There's also an 11-fpt offset umbrella to shade the other end. But this left a seating spot with two wicker chairs and an ottoman right in the sun most of the day. There was no space for another full market umbrella without running into the back of the offset umbrella.
