I paid a lot of money for a rig that showed up with significant deep creases in it. It was folded in a plastic tyvek wrap. I am always disappointed with Wayfair packaging and yet I keep ordering from them. Rug is pretty mix of gray, beige, cream and some light bluish gray and hints of sage green. Really pretty but dang how can I keep this in my main family room looking like this Not to mention it’s a tripping hazard!
