Unique Color and Pattern

I have now had this rug for a few years and IT IS STILL SHEDDING. I expect some loose fibers but this is now ridiculous. I have 3 dogs and I can easily get more fiber from the rug than each of my dogs combined. Not sure if this one is still available but beware! So while I still love the coloration and pattern, the rug now gets a 2 stars. I have purchased many Safavieh rugs in the past and this one is exceptional. I wanted to have a rug that could be my dining room spring and summer rug and than rotate it with my current rug that is more tan, brown and gray for the fall and winter. The rug is so unique in that is has a tendency to be a beautiful neutral but with a splash of color. Now most of the rug has a "heathered"effect that you can see in the close up photo. I often dislike this kind of effect in a rug, but this doesn't look like the usual dirty heather. The rug looks expensive. There is a BLACK trim around quite a few of the vine like patterns. So again, that could be a turn off for some people. The chartreuse is gorgeous and the heathered effect works exceptionally well in the leaves. I was looking for a rug with a tiny amount of that "punch" and this rug met my needs. One thing to notice is that the background is VERY LIGHT in color and since the other colors are a bit tone on tone I just hope that my crazy house of 3 dogs and adult children that don't always remember to take off their shoes won't ruined this rug in 6 months. The second thing is that this rug IS NOT symmetrical. I would never have purchased it for a living room. The lack of symmetry would drive me crazy with a lot of open space. With the dining table on top, the lack of symmetry doesn't both me at all. Now it is shedding as you would expect. I have only had it for 1 week and I am not woried too much. I have found in the past that these looped rugs tend to shed much less than the cut pile rugs. I love this rug so much I am thinking about purchasing a replacement when this one gets trashed by my family! Again, it is very unique. So if you like all those features, you will be a happy new area rug owner!

Exactly what I was looking for to tie together a room with blue furniture without over-burdening the room with blue. Beautiful muted colours. What looks golden or chartreuse in the online photos appears more light olive green in the rug I received. Irrespective, it's a quality rug; feels nice beneath bare feet. Happy with purchase. =)

Beautiful floral design

This rug is perfect for my room. Modern and traditional at the same time. Muted colors. Colors are tan, gray and ivory. It is not as green as in the Overstock photo, more muted which is nice.

Beautiful rug with artistic pattern

Really love this rug. Soft, beautiful muted colors and pattern. Sheds, but not a noticeable amount. It's in my daughter's bedroom, so it doesn't get heavy traffic and the shedding I notice are the fibers on her clothes that she leaves on the floor. My only problem is finding a bedspread that coordinates with the rug.

Nice look and feel

The colors are pretty and the feel of the rug is nice. Looks high quality. The background has more ivory and less grey than I was expecting therefore it doesn't work in the space I had planned for it. But I liked it well enough to keep it and put it by my front door. Also worth noting that the pattern isn't symmetrical in the 4x6 not sure if it would be in other sizes. Overall, pretty rug with nice colors.

Great little carpet for home office

Great carpet for my home office/guest room. The grey color is a little more of a dingy grey not a clear try “grey” color. But I’m tired of returning items (from Overstock)- so I have decided to keep it. For your information, I purchased the 4X6.

Very pretty rug

This is a very pretty rug. I think the quality is well-represented online. I actually wound up giving it away because my cats were damaging it and I thought it was too nice to let that happen. It has a hook style that I should have known better than to buy because their claws hook into them. I don't have a picture anymore. My friend that I gave it to was really happy with it though.

Very pleased. Not exactly what I thought but still very happy with the purchase. The green is more muted and my rug doesn't have black outline that one reviewer mentioned but I guess there may be slight variations from rug to rug. The rug puckers slightly in a few places but again for the price and design I am happy I made the purchase.

The colors are subtle, so will offer a lot of opportunities to accessorize with touches of color. There is pale blue, a small amount of pale lilac, cream and gray, as well as the pear green. The tight weave is like a hooked rug, so it’s kind of a farmhouse chic.
