I had been eyeing this bed frame for a while prior to ordering it because it's aesthetically pleasing and didn't appear to have any negative reviews on the internet when doing my research. Unfortunately for me, after purchasing this bed frame and putting it together I realized how cheaply made and unstable it is. My husband had to purchase wood from Home Depot in order to add additional slats to support the box spring and mattress as well as add more support to go under the slats to prevent them from buckling or snapping yet it still feels incredibly flimsy. I've never slept in a bed where I felt like I was going to break it just by sitting on it. For reference, I only weigh 115 lbs and the company claims this bed should be able to tolerate heavier weight WITHOUT the added support. Super disappointed and having major buyers remorse.

Really love this bed! I was brave and ordered the green one. Pairs beautifully with blue green accessories. Added a classy foundation to my guest bedroom.

Bad delivery service

I love my new bed frame. The only issue I had was the problems with shipping. It took almost 2months and I had to call the shipping company to locate where my bed was and call again and again to get it delivered. Pain in the butt that was. I doubt I'll order from Overstock again.

Perfect for a guest bedroom in our lake cottage. The curves and soft colors balance the rustic wood. It looks like it was made for the room.

One of the slats was

One of the slats was broken. We noticed it the first night we slept on it.

Very pretty set! Quick delivery

Very pretty set! Quick delivery and set up. 4 stars because one draw makes a bit of a scraping sound and doesn’t have an easy glide to it.

Bed sideboard arrived w/ a manufacturer defect. Houzz replaced the item in a very time efficient manner. Replacement item was just as described in sales advertisement. Assembly was easy using typical tools around house i.e. cordless drill & Philips bit to drive screws in predrilled mattress support slats.

Customer Service is an Absolute Nightmare

I’m only giving 1 star as I can’t leave a negative star. My grandma ordered this bed months ago. The Bed is great quality however for two months we tried to get an update on her bed with absolutely no response from anyone until we filed a claim with our bank. We called the bank to advise them when we finally received the bed and the bank didn’t close it out. Now Coleman’s is threatening my 87 year old grandmother with legal action. She never expected the item to be free she just wanted an update had Coleman’s responded to her in the first place it would have never gone this far. I called the bank again they are resubmitting the payment today. Coleman’s is paid in full and this is the first and final time we will ever do business with them again. It’s sad the second we filed the dispute and they were then inconvenienced we immediately received an update. Absolutely not worth the headache. This item is discontinued and they charged full price. The only reason we bought from them in the first place is because my grandma had the entire set she just needed a full instead of the twin she had. NEVER AGAIN! PS: Still waiting for the email from you (Coleman’s) stating you got the message that your money is being processed again so you can drop the charges on my Grandmother for YOUR negligence.

Avoid Like The Plague!

This is the first and last time we will ever purchase from your company as all of the legal action you took on my 87 year old grandmother could have simply been avoided had your company responded to her several emails in the first place requesting an update on delivery. After no response for months she had no choice but to file a claim. The cost of the discontinued bed was close to $900 which is pretty much her monthly check. Your lawyer contacted her today and in her current state this did not help her at all. We contacted the bank again as the previous rep never closed her initial claim. The claim has now been closed and your payment is being processed today and your lawyer said we had until today to fix it or she faces legal action and will be forced to pay legal fees of $500 and up along with paying for the bed. It's insane your company dropped the ball and expected my grandma to pay for something she had no delivery date for and did not have a bed for months but when you have your money taken and held you threaten her with legal action when she did everything that was asked and the bank representative who is going to be counseled due to all this escalating and not doing her job. My grandma has to pay the price. I know you guys could care less but I will be writing reviews on every single platform because this is wrong and people need to know what kind of company you are as I advised you numerous times I handled everything for her, told you her age and medical condition and you hounded her and threatened her and only reached out to me when you're lawyer was involved. Her health is deteriorating and that phone call today did not help one bit. This company is the worst avoid it like the plague. Word of advice put your customers first.

My Chatsworth Queen Bed

I have loved this bed for over 2 years and now I have mine.. ♥️

The bed is even more beautiful in person BUT (!!) the support boards and blocks that go under the mattress are the crappiest wood ever! Also, they didn’t send the bed with enough support blocks of wood to go under the boards. The worst part is that you can feel the mattress sinking down as soon as you lay down. My husband and I are completely average sized people, not overweight AT ALL. The wood they give you to support the mattress is complete JUNK. So just know when you buy the bed you’ll be going to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buying better quality support boards.

We bought the chatsworth King bed and yes, as others have posted the pictures, it is beautiful. The shipping was via freight shipping and not your regular UPS/fedex so there was a little bit of issue with the shipping but it arrived safely. Package was also neatly packed. There are couple things though - a. You would need to purchase a base, b. The headboard rocks a little, not that much but you will notice when you use the baseboard as support. Still very sturdy. We received many compliments from our friends who saw it during our housewarming. Houzz support was also awesome.
