Shipped to me previously returned as damaged.
I could tell the fire pit was returned. The parts inside had been previously opened. The rocks were all over on the inside scratch the outside. It was dented on two of the four sides. I don’t understand if someone returned it because it was damaged why they would send it to someone else.

The unit had a small dent that we found after unpacking it. We tried to exchange it but they were on back order. We decided to keep it because of the back order and they gave us some money back due to the dent. Customer service was very helpful!
