Best vacuum we’ve ever had! You will not regret this purchase. The suction pulls more dirt from the carpet than we’ve ever had another vacuum do even our Dyson. I’m beyond impressed with this purchase! Worth every single penny!

Piece of junk. Stopped working the 2nd time it was used, 3 days outside of the return period so we're SOL. We might as well have flushed $200 down the toilet. NEVER AGAIN!

We have another shark vacuum that we’ve had for several years. We just moved into a larger house and we needed a second vacuum for another floor for convenience. We only considered shark, and this vacuum did not disappoint.

Great for our Sheltie - Kinda Heavy

This is our 2nd or 3rd Shark as we have had long haired cats/dogs. Shark has been great. A couple things: it's a bit heavy and unwieldy to carry up/downstairs. Also, wouldn't call it an odor neutralizer, more like an odor mask. Too perfumy. Threw it away. The silicone brush is FANTASTIC! No hair to get out all the time. Love the wand - works great for furniture. Big cannister means I can do all the rooms before I have to put in the trash.

I love this product. We had a shark before and it took a crap. I was very iffy to get another one, and decided to give it a chance. This vacuum holds so much hair and picks up so much stuff. I have 2 shepherds and groom dogs, and this picks everything up. The suction on it grabs anything close to it, so when going over my coreners or by my counters it grabs everything close to the wall or tight areas! Very impressed.

Bought this thing 14 months ago and now is deader than a door nail!! We have a couple of long coat German Shepherd Dogs (otherwise known as German Shedders) and I realize this thing has had a workout. But "come on, man!!" It just can't handle the pet fur. And I should have known better as I've had a Shark or 2 and they've always cratered in about a year. And it's not like they're $79-89 vacuums. Total junk, and extremely difficult to break down and clean. Never again for me and sfould be the same for you.

This is the best vacuum. It gets under almost everything. Long hose for steps. Features are great. Next purchase is the upright carpet cleaner.
