Blue Prints Suck! ( schematics)

The schematics don’t match the tub. Drawing doesn’t show the built in over flow drain which the tub has. This adds 1.5” lower drain hole which I didn’t compensate for. Needed to redo the drain pipe as I followed the drawing from the company images. Simple fix for the company, cost me $600 extra for the plumber to redo.

Got this tub for a renovation to our bathroom. Worked for months with showers only. After running the water to clean the tub, we discovered through a plumber that there is a leak/crack in the overflow compartment, which ruined 2 ceiling tiles and created a mess in the basement. Tried to contact the manufacturer with absolutely no response. Between plumbers and fiberglass repair, we are already out $300 + trying to fix this tub without damaging the renovation to replace it. Wish we had never bought it.

Stay away from this bathtub and manufacturer. The tub arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Our contractor initially thought just the edges were chipped, and wasn’t concerned since they are doing a schluter system that would cover it, but upon further inspection they found 2 hairline cracks. I contacted wayfair to return and everything has to go through the manufacturer first. The manufacturer lied and said we installed and damaged the tub. So now we are days out still waiting for wayfair to refund us for a broken tub.

Looks High End! Look no further.

We wanted a tall soaker. This tub is 22" high, 30" wide. The tub has a preinstalled overflow drain assembly incorporated into the tub structure. Plumber just had to connect a single drain. Tub instructions calls for mortar which I wanted. Per the plumber, the tub has legs and said he was impressed as it makes the tub even sturdier. He asked me where I bought it and was surprised by the price. He installs high end tubs and thought this was one of them. I highly recommend and so does the plumber.

Love it! Super well made and can’t wait to install in my spare bathroom!!! Exactly as I expected.

Installation difficulty

Difficult installation - had to cut a hole in the ceiling below.

Ordered two for a home remodel. These tubs are DEEP and provide a luxury soaking experience without needing the space for a freestanding tub. Our plumber referred to them as “high end”, but they installed with no problem.

have chipping off the black over flow drain trim. dropped a tile on it and it chipped very easy to me and you really have to clean it all the time as

The size and construction of the tub is very impressive! I am a big person and there is plenty of width and depth for me in this tub without having a huge footprint. I love the drain color options and the sleek simplicity of the front panel. Can’t wait to deep soak in this thing

Great beautiful tub, will be easy to clean. Make sure drain and overflow matches your other fixtures bc drain is unique to tub. I couldn’t use the black drain that came with my other fixtures.

The materials on this bathtub is very cheap and would not sustain the installment even for my apartment bathroom so we returned this.

Great depth tub without breaking the bank

We purchased this tub solely because of how deep it was and for being under $1000, it did not disappoint. Installation wasn’t terribly difficult, you definitely need access underneath for tightening the drain once it’s mortared in. We also used the 1 1/2 pieces stated in another review below, but needed two gaskets/rings and plumbers putty to make a good seal. Side note, the drain piece that comes with the tub is very sharp on the threads, so take care if handling it without gloves.

Great depth and side edges

We were looking for a tall soaker tub and are so happy with this purchase. We have a toddler and the side edges are great for putting toys and soap for him to reach and the depth allows for me to go in with him without feeling like I'm freezing from only a little water in the tub. I thought we needed to buy a special overflow piping kit but it's built into the tub so you don't need any additional fittings. It came without any damage and fast.
