Beautiful design with a strong and durable appearance. Easy to install. Love the multiple sprayer options. Great choice for the price.

Quality Control Issues

Product took 3 months to arrive, and after install it leaked from the handle and dripped from the head of the faucet. Called support who said they would be ordering me a part so I could fix the handle leak myself. After waiting another month (and reinstalling my old faucet while I waited) it never arrived. Called support again who told me the part was now on back-order and it would be another month for the part to arrive and if I wanted a new faucet sent it would be another 3 months wait time. They also told me I could order the replacement part myself from a 3rd party to shorten the wait time which is what I did. However there seems to be a design flaw with the way the handle works, it slowly loosens an internal piece over time with use. After so many days/weeks there will be a small leak again that requires me to take off the handle and tighten things up. There is also a plastic spacer where the top swivels that is rather sharp, it sticks out when the faucet is turned which has snagged and hurt me while cleaning. While it looks nice, I would not purchase a square design again and will not purchase anything that doesn't have multiple in stock as this was a major hassle.

Open box used item sent

First time ordering from Build.com. Ordered a $737 K-22063-2MB that arrived a few minutes ago. Item did not have straps, seal was opened, faucet appears to have been previously used with fingerprints and discoloration. Pics below. Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

How to buy the right faucet the first time!

We bought one similar faucet for our kitchen remodel, but the reach was incorrect so water splashed all over. This one has a 10.5” reach so water is directed to the drain in the sink minimizing splash. This was an expensive mistake! Measure where your faucet will be on the counter to where the water will hit the drain or at least close. This is the “reach” measurement on the faucet.

Beautiful with one exception

The faucet looks beautiful and the 3 sprays are great. However, at the connection point of the two faucet pieces, about 2 inches above the handle, there is a plastic sleeve. At this point the faucet swivels, which is great, but it also rocks front to back and there is no way to stabilize this. Our plumber said it is the way it is made. Otherwise we love the faucet, and the price was better than some of the more expensive faucets our plumber recommended.

Outstanding Service & Faucet

My Graze faucet is a warranty replacement for a previous Kohler faucet I purchased 21 years ago which has been discontinued. Kohler honors their product warranty & also has innovative new products - the Graze faucet being just one in an amazing collection. A real pleasure to use - love the pull-down three-function sprayhead! The on/off handle positioning is perfect for installations with limited backward movement. I couldn't be more pleased & believe it will last my lifetime.

Terrible slip connection has leaked 4 times in my brand new cabinets....Kohler failed on this one. For reference this is #7 on the install sheet. It says to slip the joint inside and that's it. No retainer? The fitting moves! It pops out of the inlet every time I turn the sink on high water pressure. $700 for a faucet that's flooding my newly remodeled kitchen is inexcusable

I am in love with this faucet! The gentle sprayer does not splatter water on me or the wall and I like the 3 functions of the sprayer. The polished chrome quickly wipes clean!

Beautiful, versatile, love the SWEEP function

Nice faucet - could have a better neck design.

The faucet is beautiful in our center island. We use the fine and power spray options often. The finish is fantastic and goes perfectly with the other stainless appliances in our kitchen. But, we have two aesthetic issues. First, the switch behind the spray head is large and has a black plate around it. This would not be significant if we only looked at the the faucet from the front; but when we are on the other side of the island, it is stands out. Second, and more of an issue, is that when the facet is facing straight to the front, the lines of the neck align perfectly. But, when the faucet is turned 45 degrees to either side, there is a clear break at the swivel point. It does not change the functionality, but just looks as if there are two pieces instead of a unified faucet/neck.

Attractive and functional design

This faucet has attractive easy-to-clean lines and features three flow modes. The berry spray on our faucet had some rogue non-uniform spray patterns and I feel that the stronger spray should be activated without having to keep your finger pressed down while spraying. Otherwise, the faucet works very well!

Have used it for a month now and my wife and I are very happy
