Excellent faucet. Third time's a charm!

This is the third kitchen faucet I have had since Nov 2019, and this one is staying long-term. I was very deliberate in my product search, and I looked at products from a half dozen sources before finding this faucet that met all of my requirements, including a quirky one: the faucet handle could not be susceptible to being inadvertently turned on when I was wiping down the counter or doing other activities at the sink. My previous faucet was constantly being turned on because of the position of the handle as well as its shape, which was basically a straight, shortish stick. This handle curves in, so you're not going to catch it on things. Also, it sits a little higher off the counter, which further prevents the inadvertent turning on. The faucet is very handsome and sturdy. It has a power-wash feature that I wasn't aware of when I made the purchase. In addition to the regular flow and the sprayer, it has another button to engage the power wash, providing a very concentrated blast to help with cleaning. I don't use it frequently, but it comes in handy when I want it. I highly recommend this faucet. I think you will be very pleased with it!

Reasonable products, great service

I own 2 Pfister faucets. A Karci that I installed in one of my bathrooms about a year and a half ago, and a Cantara that went in to my kitchen about 8 years ago. Both installed great and were working fine until a recent hose leak in the Cantara. Obviously, I would have preferred if it would have lasted 20-25 years, but after 8 years, of using it every single day, not too surprising. I thought that I'd try my luck with the support line, and sure enough, was told that I was covered and that a replacement hose would reach me in 10-14 days. It actually took less than a week. It took me 10 minutes to change it out (no tools required as everything was hand tightened) and we're back in businees. I note that this replacement hose is a little stiffer than the original and so am hoping that Pfister has improved either the design or the material. Either way, if it lasts another 8 years, I'm happy. Kudos to Angel (sp?) of their support team who acted cordially and professionally throughout and gave me tips on changing it out..

Water pressure sucks 1 way/ soap doesn’t work

Bought this over a month ago because we liked the design and the soap dispenser. I installed it as per the instructions. First thing I noticed with the faucet was low pressure. Back flushed the line and had chucks of plastic come out. Pressure was better but not the same as cold. Swapped lines and it carried over to the cold. Determined the cartridge was defective. Submitted a warranty claim and the process was easy and responded pretty quick. Had a new cartridge on the way. Installed the new one and there was no difference from the old one. Pretty disappointed now. Then to top it off the soap dispenser doesn’t even work. Gets stuck in the down position. Design and appearance great! Quality is terrible! I will be returning this back to Menards!

what a piece of garbage

As a contractor this faucet won't last long. I have order 2 in a row that both came in with different issues that caused the water not to correctly go through the faucet. The parts internally are cheap plastic and there is no quality controls to see if the product works prior to leaving the factory. We have lost many expensive hours removing the old and installing 2 defective products.

Absolutely Stunning

This kitchen faucet by Pfister is absolutely stunning!! It fits perfectly in my kitchen!! Installation wasn't easy, but it was worth the work required to have this beauty as my very own kitchen faucet!! I love the sprayer. The faucet as a whole is elegant and absolutely phenomenal!!

Very Handy!

Overall a very nice design. The install was straightforward and took less effort than expected. Water flow is awesome and very aesthetically pleasing. Perfect start to home improving projects to get the ball rolling! Amazingly handy in the kitchen!

Easy install

This pull down kitchen faucet was super easy to install. I really like the pull down feature, it allows me to get to all corners of the sink. This faucet really compliments my kitchen and made it look like I had remodelled. I love it.

Very good faucet

This faucet was relatively straight forward to install and came with all the pieces to do so (including a socket adapter for a power drill to make it quicker). It may have been user error but when I was tightening the spout body, the metal piece underneath bent a little bit as it kept getting twisted by the bracket. I was able to take it back out, straighten it again and reinstall appropriately. However, it is now a tiny bit bent but I do not think it affects the function. There was a leak on the quick connector the first day but when I wiggled it and reinstalled, it has not leaked since. The hose retracts with a weight rather than a spring so it is a little less smooth when it retracts and the weight can get caught on pipes underneath the sink when you pull it out. The sprayer has three functions which is great. These include your normal stream, a spray mode that stays on with enough pressure, and an intense stream that they call HydroBlade to clean tough to clean dishes and pans. I must say that when on full blast, this faucet sprays hard! Obviously, you can turn down the pressure but be prepared to get splashed a bit at times. I would say that the faucet is attractive and I hope it will last.

I love this faucet

We are currently getting ready to remodel our kitchen so I chose this beautiful Pfister faucet to go with it. It's made of a nice stainless steel with spot defense to keep fingerprints at bay. It's easy installation with an easy to use key from above the sink. It comes in matte black or the stainless steel color choice. And the best feature is the pull down hose with different spray options. Definitely happy with this faucet!

We love it!

My wife and I have been slowly remodeling our house and replacing everything. She has been wanting a pull down handle faucet for the kitchen for the longest time. It has 3 settings. Regular, fast, and spray which is really nice feature. It was easy to install and directions were clear. We both really recommend this one.

Great faucet

We are completely in love with our new faucet. It’s very high quality, very solid, and installed easily. We love how the sprayer holds itself in place with magnets. The modem look complements our kitchen perfectly.

Amazing pfister faucet

This Pfister kitchen sink faucet is my new favorite. I replaced my old kitchen faucet that didn't have the pull down sprayer for dishes. I love this one so much more. It has a elegant but modern flare that goes well with my kitchen. The pull down sprayer is very strong and cleans my dishes so well. This is my new favorite item I added to my kitchen. I highly recommend if your looking for a new kitchen faucet.

High Quality

High quality and easy to install. My previous kitchen sink was not that great and the handle was always loose. I replaced it with this one. It was easy to install (less than 30 mins). it looks great I love the weighted sprayer so it pulls itself back into the holder. I also love that it was spray options but always goes back to the regular one when you turn it off and then back on.

Nice design

I like this faucet. Simple design makes it great. One hole installation. One lever operation and the pull down faucet head worked great for dishes and filling water bittles that are too big for the sink basin. Easy switch from streat to spray. The finish goes well with my whit cabinets. Durable and feels like it will last quite a while. No more separate spray hose. Love it.

Modern design

I love the look of this faucet. I picked it for its high arch to allow easy cleaning of pots and pans. I like the hydro blade to clean tough messes. I hate the look of spots on stainless steel. So, what most got my attention was the spot defense. I also like not having a separate sprayer on the sink. This is so much more sleek looking than my old faucet.
