Great build quality and very good design

This is a finely made faucet that’s very nearly perfect. The throw for the handle is too short meaning you have to be very careful to turn on a small flow; the retractable faucet head is a little too hard to pull and place but those are the only design weaknesses I can find. The build quality is excellent.

Beautiful faucet, bad ring

Beautiful! I love the look of the chrome Joleena collection. This kitchen faucet feels substantial and has an easy-to-use single lever and sprayer. Unfortunately my plumber pointed out that the ring around the base that sits on the counter has been recently changed and is now made of zinc. It will eventually bubble, corrode, and fail. Why?

Solid, Splash-prone water flow

Nice looking, solid, smooth transition to spray mode,but it splashes easily, due to very strong but narrow water flow

Updates my sink

Works great, I like the color indicator for hot and cold as it is very different than the old faucet I replaced. Spray feature is great too.

Horrible faucet

Never worked properly from day one on. Low water pressure and nozzle never worked properly.

Very attractive, good quality faucet. No issues with daily use over last 6 months.

Just awful

Bought one and didn’t even last a month.. water flow changed significantly after just a few works. I have a water softener system that prevents rust and this thing rusted in no time. It looks heavy duty but in reality it’s just polished plastic that resembles nickel. I can’t even say a single positive thing about this faucet. Literally a nightmare and a headache wrapped into one. Worst purchase I’ve ever made

Great Faucet

Stylish, works wonderfully and was an easy install

This faucet has an enormous amount of "wiggle". Unfortunately it took several weeks from when it was delivered for my new kitchen to be ready for it to be installed and apparently I've missed the return window. Pretty disappointed by this.

Returns to center

When I move the faucet head to one side of the sink or another it immediately swings back to center. Frustrating.

Great Faucet!

I have designed many kitchens to include this faucet and have encouraged a number of family and friends to purchase it as well. I have had no issues on any of my projects nor have my family and friends. Looks great and is great quality.

Looks great but pressure is not as strong as our previous Koehler faucet.

Awful

Had this professionally installed. Low water flow, faucet turns on by itself if I leave the handle on cold when I turn it off, weight will not stay on. Such an expensive faucet for so many problems. I have also emailed this company and never received a reply. So disappointing.

I bought this faucet and love it! Hansgrohe quality is exceptional and that is represented in this faucet!

It's a much better faucet than the model we replaced. We like the fact you can toggle between spray and stream on the nozzle without having the water shut off in between. Beautiful and solid craftsmanship.

Great Kitchen Faucet

I never had a Hansgrohe before but really like it. They seem built really well. I’ve been using it for over 2 weeks now. Install was really easy. Very high quality faucet I highly recommend.
