It is the most beautiful mailbox I have ever seen. We are very happy with the purchase. One of the reviews recommending using quick concrete was helpful. It makes the post more secure.

I love how large this mailbox is. It will hold the small packages and a week's worth of mail easily. The personalization is a nice touch too.

Very good quality mailbox but please be sure to review the dimensions. The mailbox was double the size of my existing mailbox. But, if you are looking for somewhere to put small packages this would be a perfect fit.

This mailbox is fantastic! I live in a climate where it snows 6 months out of the year. This mailbox has held up beautifully during our extreme weather conditions and still looks brand new five years later. It’s the perfect size for mail and small packages. I highly recommend this product!!

This is a beautiful mailbox. It's well built, lots of room for mail and a small package. The side plates with address are sturdy and impressive looking. Adds lots of curb appeal! Well worth the money.

Love the mailbox. It’s very spacious and looks nice. Love the personalization on it too! I don’t recommend using Wayfair/Angi List when you purchase online to install it. Five attempts to get it installed correctly as the original install didn’t meet the post office requirements. Supposed to come again today to fix it and they never showed up. Very frustrating! Hoping to get refunded for the install since we now need to hire someone else to fix the install.

The mailbox is very nice quality and I love having the personalized "address plates" on each side. It really looks beautiful in our yard. Also, the large capacity is great for receiving packages - the mail carrier no longer needs to get out and walk the package to our front door. Thanks, Wayfair!

It’s a beautiful mailbox, but my address plate fell off after only two days! The two sided tape isn’t the answer. The address plates should be screwed on. I expected more from a $400.00 mailbox. Also, my plate got scratched up when it fell. Please send a new one.

This is the second one of these mailboxes that I have purchased. It looks HUGE when you take it out of the box, but once mounted on the post it is the perfect size. Small packages fit inside easily. It really provides a great first impression for our historic home.

Very nice mailbox and post overall. I would recommend this mailbox to a friend. Not 5 stars b/c mailbox needed to be shimmed using 2 small washers to make it level even though the post was perfectly level. Also the screw covers do not lay perfectly flush against the brackets. Two very minor issues but I point them out b/c of how expensive the mailbox was.

This is an absolutely beautiful mailbox which is larger than expected which is a plus in my case. I removed one star for several reasons. Firstly, assembly was quite cumbersome. Some of this necessary work could have been done at the factory prior to shipping, especially if they’re going to use such large shipping boxes. Secondly, some components, although cosmetic, didn’t fit as outlined in the instructions and had to be jury rigged. Thirdly, there is a post cuff that is required for the mailbox to properly fit on the post. This was not included with the purchase and I had to order from a third party as Wayfair doesn’t carry it. For over 450.00, this should have been included or at least suggested at checkout. Lastly, the QA mentions several times that the customer should apply car wax to the mailbox to prevent fading due to sun exposure. This is even outlined in the care instructions. I feel that for a mailbox as expensive as this one, the protective treatment should be done by the manufacturer prior to shipping. All in all, I’m overall pleased thus far.

This mailbox is very elegant and fits right in with our home and neighborhood upscale mailboxes. We received many compliments when we put it up. It's extremely sturdy and durable. The gold flag adds pizazz. We bought ours two+ years ago and it still looks new. It was a little pricey but well worth it. Some things are worth paying more for. My husband reinforced the post somewhat so it was very solid and doesn't move at all. Excellent choice.
