Don’t Buy This Product

Doesn’t reel back in and takes days to dry up enough to get it partially reeled. The connection to the outdoor faucet didn’t seal well

Hard to find

This came fist and are hard to find. I use it for my trailer water supply.

Good enough, but not very good

The hose appears to be of fair quality at best. Unfortunately there are not many alternatives on the market. The case is overly large so that the entire unit could be much smaller making it easier to store in an RV. The plastic that the case is made of appears to be flimsy and the handle used to wind the hose back onto the reel is VERY small and thin. I expect to break very soon and therefore I am already thinking about how I can deal with that eventuality. The only reason I am keeping it instead of returning is that I cannot find an alternatives.

Broken fitting right off the bat.

End fittings are cheap plastic. Should be brass.

Terrible Quality

Very cheap, construction of recoil housing is very flimsy! The inner hose twisted up internally and would not take its original shape after taking it apart and recoiling it! Very disappointing product for the one time use and the money spent! Through it in the junk when leaving the RV Park!!

Straight out of the box there was a large hole in the hose. The hole was only a foot away from where it connects to the water supply so I got soaked.

the winder did not work from the get-go, and got a hole in it the 3rd time i used it.

Unfortunate purchase of a piece of junk

Plastic reel is poorly made and hard to use. Hose lasted three uses on a boat and then blew a hole near the fitting. A good idea where storage is at a premium but certainly not worth buying.

Flat hose

I really love the fact that it is light weight, convenient, and works well. I liked the convenience of finding it online and having it delivered promptly.

Compact and Lightweight

Drains the hose as you reel it in. Easily pulls our of the reel to use. Stores away compactly. Really lightweight.

Garbage

I just ordered two of these and just got them and I hook one up and turn the water on and within a few seconds it sprung a leak. So I turn the water off and unhook it and did the same with the second hose and within a few seconds it sprung a leak. So I would have to call these pure junk or garbage. I could have kind of let it go somewhat if one did that but when two of them do it they are no good at all. When I got these two I was thinking next month of getting two more but now I will never get or buy anything from Toolking.
