This is the best hose reel we have owned. It maneuvers side to side with the pull of the knob on top and unrolls and rolls back up like a dream. However, after only having it installed for one month it has begun to rust in three places as shown in the photos. I did not get “before” pictures but instead only have pics after I made a poor attempt at using a wire brush to get to the rust which did not work. I then sprayed a clear sealant in hopes it will keep it from progressing. I hope this holds up because we love this thing!
