It’s a nice looking box but the small connecting hose leaks at the spigot. We tightened it with a wrench and still a small leak.
Perfect size for my 75 foot hose. Very well constructed. Am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Good hose reel
This product is lightweight, easy to handle, easy to use. Took me less than 10 minutes to set up with my hose. Especially love the guide reel that keeps the hose neat and nicely rolled.
Decent hose reel
Decent hose reel. Plastic tends to break on these. Plastic hose connection vs exact same replacing had metal. Last one lasted 5 years though.
Looks nice and I like the side to side reel load. Unfortunately I would only recommend this reel if you have a lightweight hose not a heavy duty one. We tried with both hose types but unfortunately it is very difficult to windunwind the heavy duty hose. It is a full body effort, holding the box with feet, feeding the hose in with one hand, and using the turn reel with the other hand. The lightweight hose works great though!

Works great! Holds my 100 foot hose easily with room to spare. It has not tipped over when pulling out hose.

Doubt it will last
Very disappointed that this hose reel comes with very flimsy plastic hose attachment fittings and a thin plastic roll up handle at this price point. With our hot environment I doubt this unit will last through very many summers without breaking and/or leaking. I had been happy with Suncast in the past, but it looks like their quality has really slipped. Won’t be buying their products again.
I did have some trouble setting this up, but it is now working well. Even kink resistant hoses tend to get the kinks and this really helps with that problem. It's easy to roll and unroll the hose.
Reel action very smooth. Secured to the ground, remains in place while in use.
