Ordered coffee filters got delivered to the wrong house still hasn’t arrived.
It was the wrong part. Evidently you do not carry the right part anymore, although the online chat said this was the correct replacement part. In the end, I had to order it directly from American standard, which I will also do in the future.

I prefer the factory replacement over an aftermarket product is this product is designed to fit without modifications. The original flapper lasted 15 years and I expect this one to last at least that long
