It’s leaking everywhere with it being on and turned off. It’s absolutely beautiful however this leak it’s causing is causing me more damage and problems than anything else

We love our Serene Waters fountain!

We love our new Serene Waters wall fountain. Its something we've wanted for a long time and we're absolutely satisfied with the appearance and quality of this product. We were also totally blown away by the custom stone ordering process and customer support!

Bought this beautiful fountain for our dental practice and everyone really loves it!!!!

Overall very Satisfied

I purchased the stainless steel version and it was just as pictured. It works well and looks great on my dining room wall.. It's very calming to look and listen to the water trickling over the rocks. There is a pump with a motor so there's a slight buzzing sound while running. But, it's not a deal breaker or distraction for me, I actually find it somewhat of a comforting sound as well. The only negative was in delivery packaging or handling. The deliver was prompt and on time, but my distiller came with a crack in it. And, there wasn't enough washers in the box so, I had find some of my own. otherwise, I'd still recommend from a quality performance standpoint. The installation wasn't difficult but, if you want it flush to the wall you will need a qualified electrician to come in and create an outlet in the wall if you don't already have one in place to mount over it and plug in.

Serene and relaxing

This is my second product, I put the original in my entry and I added this to my master bedroom. Gives humidity (live at altitude where it's very dry) and the sounds are soothing to help sleep and relax. Easy installation and a great product at a great price

This looks wonderful in my office! Definitely adds class to the space.

Just what I was hoping for

Great Product

Product is as advertised. Installation relatively simple with instructions, if you have electric drill, studfinder, level, etc. Featherstone looks fantastic and pump works well. Would recommend.

Beautiful fountain. I had it professionally installed. Has a nice sound to it. The trouble is water splashes all over the floor . Is there a way to control the amount of water the fountain uses? Very disappointed because the fountain is beautiful.

The fountain we received looks nothing like the fountain I ordered. The finish is ‘flat’ and it immediately began developing white stains on it.

i bought this in 2013 for my house, and put small rocks from travels in the bottom. it’s soothing and relaxing. everyone comments that they love it!

Trying to cure a noisy pump.

Pump is too loud. They sent additional rubber pads to dampen noise. To be determined if this will make the unit acceptable. Saving the box for potential return. Found out they deduct a restocking fee from the refund and buyer pays freight. Other than faulty lights and noisy pump it is Well built. Nice looking.

i really love the way it looks and the sound the water makes - i also like that i was able to customize it. I have looked around for something like this alot - and this is the best one i found - for the price - the maintenance involved (very little) and the aesthetic.
