Great Product, Terrible Packaging

So far, so good with the pans! Love the color and how they work so far. So on initial use, we are happy with this product and how easy they are to clean. I'm not going to give a bad rating to the pans, but I wish I could give a bad rating to the packaging. I was shocked that my pans didn't arrive really damaged. They were in a huge box with only one piece of brown paper to insulate them (which it definitely didn't). The pans were free to roam and slide all over the box, so the cardboard holding the two pans together was torn on arrival. There was also a small dent on one of the handles. It was pretty small and not worth trying to exchange since I don't live close to a Williams and Sonoma. For a big company that sells high price/quality items, this seemed like pretty careless packaging.
