Highly Recommend This Pan!

This pan is fantastic! I had an older TFal pan that was starting to flake the nonstick coating. I was just going to replace it with the same pan but I started researching other pans with nonstick coatings that did not contain forever chemicals. This pan is the top recommendation from America's Test Kitchen so I knew it would be good. The pan is heavy but not overly heavy. It's heavy as in good quality and despite having a metal handle, it does not get hot. Follow the instructions and preheat it for about 90 seconds and use a lower setting than you would with other pans. Very little if any oil or butter is needed and omelets slide right out. Read the review at Ameria's Test Kitchen and you will be sold. They cooked 80 eggs with no oil or butter and every one came right out. Cleaning is effortless as well and it's dishwasher safe. I will be replacing my other pans with these soon. It's a little pricey but there is always a sale and this one will last a long time. Highly recommend this pan!
