Never got all my screws
terrible
I ordered thie for my kids and when i saw never again. Never missing all parts called and they are no help filed complaint with BBB.
Received the swingset in 2 boxes both which were damaged and broke open. We started putting it together and realized we were missing all sorts of screws and bolts. The directions are not written correctly and you figure it out as you go through putting the swingset together. Highly unsatisfied with this overall. We got the swingset together my kids do love it
came damaged
The inner box came damaged and all the screws were loosened in inside.
All we got was the legs to the swing set, no bolts and screws and the other parts, we have been calling for 2 weeks straight and no answer!
hardware
hardware was just thrown into box. Not in a bag or anything.
