As we mentioned, the package appeared to be poorly wrapped and mishandled during shipping. The smaller boxes inside were also crushed for some reason. We are still sorting things out due to Thanksgiving week being busy. Very disappointed that we need to look for internal damage.

After an unpleasant time of trying to make sense of instructions and assembling the awing, I am happy! Instructions lead to a lot of questions of what went where, and which direction, taking down the awning and putting it back up. Also, watched multiple YouTube videos of similar awnings trying to figure it out! I can usually put stuff together, but this gave me anxiety! Finally up, and have used multiple times now. No online videos of AECOJOY awnings to watch. It is definitely worth the price, just be ready for some assembling questions.

Awesome for the price once its installed. More difficult and not great instructions. Handyman struggled with this awning. Its my second one (the first lasted about 4 years).

Installation was spot on. You do need two people. The awning is very nice addition to our patio. So I purchased two more. The two that came had a different trim on the scalloped edges. Going to try to get the neutral one.

It’s flimsy

now we can finally enjoy our porch when is sunny outside 🥰 make sure you have two people to put this up and that you measure it correctly. My husband and I struggled to put this together , also make sure where ever you are putting it that there is wood behind the walls because is heavy

it was a little hard to assemble..directions manual could be clearer to make it easier but all in all it is a great product..worth the money.quality is excellent!!

Nice inexpensive awning. Looks good. Blocks the sun. 13’ x 10’. Hung it myself.

Priced well but does not preform as one of the extension arm only partially retracts. Need someone to come and repair it.

Took me most of a day to assemble and mount this, mostly because it took a few tries to get it right. My fault, I should have used a magnifying glass with the drawings in the instructions. Happy with the result and much less expensive than others I shopped. No broken of missing parts, although one of the extension arms has either a scratch or a crack where it bolts to the front bar. Can't tell which yet.

We were impressed with it's packaging and manufactured quality however, due to the construction of the front of our house we could not install it. We returned it but are sorry it didn't work.
