The 9’x12’ is not actually 9’x12’. We bought a 9’x12’ pad - which was accurately sized - to go underneath and had to cut 5-6 inches off each dimension to have it not stick out.

I am very disappointed with the state this 3' x 5' carpet arrived in. Rather than being rolled around a cylinder, it was folded almost in a figure 8 and crammed into a tight plastic wrap. I have tried flattening it out with weights for a week now, but it still has creases in it--the the weave of the material is properly permanently damaged. I even have it on the rug pad that I got from Wayfair, which I like, and it isn't lying flat.

LOVE the Misael rug! The color is maybe a bit brighter than I was expecting, but it's definitely the same hue. I realize different monitors and devices can show color differently as well, so I wasn't surprised. I absolutely love the distressed vintage look! That sort of worn look goes perfectly with my existing décor which is sort of the vintage French country look. The quality of the rug is fantastic! I can't say that I've noticed any excessive shedding. I do have pups that love to run and roll on the rugs so I end up vacuuming daily after them, but I can't say that I've had to vacuum any more than usual. And I wouldn't be able to tell you if it were the rug or just puppy fuzz. This was a first time purchase for me and I was nothing but impressed by your company. In fact, I won't be shopping with your competitors anymore! The delivery was right on time - actually earlier than expected. Your customer service is extremely helpful and professional. I just can't say enough about the rug OR your company! Five stars all the way around!
