We purchased most of the items in the Greyfield collection and we weren't disappointed. Heavy, sturdy, nice quality, and beautifully unique aged brass finish. Fits in perfect in my older home. Classic trim to it with a contemporary shape. We purchased two for our vanity. LOVE this collection.

Ordering and returning

Unfortunately the faucet did not work with the current configuration of our pedestal sink. However, the product was lovely, ordering and shipping was easy. Signature Hardware kept me informed throughout the shipping process. Returning the item was easy as well although I was not able to complete the task via the website and had to speak with a customer service representative. I was on hold for a very short time and once connected accomplished the return process in quick order. Be aware that there is a $15 shipping fee for returns which will be deducted from your refund.

Great product, great price. So glad I discovered the Signature Hardware brand for our 2 bath renovations. They have weight to them, and classic styling. I ordered the Aged Brass as I didn't want it to read "shiny and chic". Be aware the aged brass achieves its dull appearance with what looks like a "scratched" finish upon close inspection, but it looks great when installed.

Expensive good materials not as good engineerin

Very Expensive, engineering seems lacking, (supply splitter bottoms out pointed to the wall, makes it hard to install hose to valve, hose length and quality not the best, difficult to route supply lines across each other to the splitter, and not very robust, kinks easily), handle and faucet finish looks nice but spots show very easily. instructions for installation are lacking not very complete, if installed as directed drain leaks at threads, valve bodies are built making it difficult to have any tool reach the under side of the counter top to tighten.

color is seriously off

Purchased nickel thinking it would look like the image and looks like dirty gunmetal. HUGELY DISAPPOINTING!

Beautiful but disappointed

I purchased the entire Greyfield hardware set for my master bath in polished nickel . It is beautiful BUT the polished nickel on my faucets are already turning ( with constant cleaning ) and one of the handles is already broken (we waited 8 months for them to arrive too ). I am disappointed because its really beautiful in polished
