not sure what it comes with

it says it's a workstation and it shows things like a cutting board and a drain grid however when you read through the information and the specifications it doesn't come with any of that stuff so I don't know what the difference in cost is. It's $120 more than the Terrazzo as the Terraza appears to be exactly the same thing so why is it more expensive if the workstation equipment doesn't come with it? I haven't purchased it for the same reason that I'm giving here. I was ready to but why would I pay $120 more for something that's exactly the same item? Monaco vs Terrazzo same size same everything same specs. why more money?
