Tank and Toilet bowl incompatible!

I ordered this toilet (same part #) from Lowes, but mine does not have the two holes to bolt on the water tank??? The only mounting holes on the toilet bowl are the mounting holes for the seat. Even the water connection is not compatible between the tank and the bowl. Very disappointing!

Bad tank

Installed the toilet and there was leakage. Went to plumbing store and they recommended a product, which I tried but tank still leaked. Had someone look at it and there was a blob of ceramic in the tank causing the problem so I removed the ceramic blob. Contacted customer service and because I fixed it myself they offered no compensation or partial credit but said they would send a new tank. Once the original toilet was removed I didn’t want to wait another two weeks and have no toilet in a one toilet home. I sent pics and receipts.

High Quality Round Toilet

I needed a modern, round toilet that would best fit the space. Flush action, height, and easy cleaning were all considerations. This model hit all the marks. I've had it a couple of months and I'm very pleased.

Unsatisfied

This item took many failed deliveries to get to me. The first time it was used the flushing power was inadequate and I had to clean up the flood. It has an orange stain on the porcelain which makes it look dirty. I would love to replace it with a more adequate unit

Needed a toilet that took less space in a small bathroom. Liked the feature of dual flush. The #2 Flush could be a little more robust, but one can accomplish that by holding down the Button. Bought this brand upon recommendation of our plumber. No Regrets .And made in the Americas. Mexico if I recall. I picked it up at the store as the delivery broke one previously.

Very disappointing

We bought 2 American Standard H2Option and have the same problems with both. The flush barely works, even after playing with the settings to try to get it right. The flush for #1 doesn't even flush pee, so you have to use the #2 flush all the time. And it often doesn't flush poop on the first try. Poop streaks in the bowl are common and I have to clean all the time. Big disappointment.

It was not what I thought U ordered! i ordered a RV toilet, but received a regular house toilet. I want to return,so please send me a return label. Because I am going camping all week, i had to purchase a new Thetford toilet locally, at a nuch higher price. I would like a refund of my purchase, after you receive your product back. Thank you
