I researched information on the product prior to purchasing it. I tried purchasing it online from another store twice and both times the product was damaged in transit and not delivered. Walmart delivered the product faster then expected in great condition. The Walmart price for the product was fair; neither the most expensive or cheapest.

I don’t know how many times I wrote about you picking up the toilet that didn’t arrive on time and I tried to cancel the order at a time when it hadn’t arrived yet. Last Friday they were supposed to pick it up but it’s already Monday and the toilet is still standing by mine doors. I don’t know if it was worth writing to support again, because there are no results. For some reason they also want to take money from me for sending. The toilet is outside my door and I hope you understand that I am not responsible if it is stolen.

Great toilet; great price!

We install these in most our remodels. They're a great toilet for a great price. The filler and flappers work perfectly going on four plus years and installation is a breeze. Would highly recommend for a simple, non-offensive, toilet that works and looks great
