Nice flush.

So far so good. We've only had it installed for about 3 weeks, so I can't say anything about durability. But we do like the dual flush. It's pretty powerful, doesn't use much water and the tank fills up quickly and fairly quickly.

[Rewarded Review] American Standard H2Option Toilet

We like our new chair height toilets. Our water usage has dramatically dropped compared to our old 30+ year old toilets. We have had no issues so far, and no clogging. We like the push button dual flush option using either 0.8 or 1.25 GPF.

We purchased this two piece American Standard toilet as a part of our Primary Bedroom suite remodel. The dual flush option is a great option for anyone aware of their water usage. However the unit is a whole is very efficient no matter the setting and the self clean functions very convenient. The tank is well insulated so there is no sweating when humid.

I bought 2 and one had a chip inside where the bolt seals in the water so I had to figure out how to fix it with big rubber washers as I did not have time to return it but thats the first time I have had anyting that was not perfect. Every thjng I buy from build gets deliver fast.

Classic Toilet!

This is the second American Standard tank that I have purchased in one year. The style and width (15") work perfectly for my small bathroom. I love the dual flush options so that water isn't wasted.

Bolts didn't align...

I was unable to find details when ordering this for to go with our existing American Standard bowl (lower) section. The holes on our bowl section are 5" apart, but the bolts on this tank are closer to 6" apart.

Excellent product

Easy installation. Great, simple design. Liked it enough to purchase a second for our first floor half bath. Uses very little water and fills quickly. It's a little noisier than our old 70's tank but not a lot. Dual flush settings is a great feature. We've found that the liquid flush is more than adequate for everything saving even more water. Pretty happy with it.

Got to love modern engineering. When it flushes it flushes. Almost like it works on suction. Nothing gets clogged. No holding down the handle or having to use special toilet paper. Easy to install as any other toilet. Looking to get two more for my other bathrooms.
