Versatile look

I really like this lamp - I've had it for over a year now, and it's still just as nice-looking and works just as well as the day I received it. I find it very versatile and chic.

The description is incorrect. The globe is plastic not glass. I selected this lamp over others because it clearly stated in multiple areas that the globe is glass so I was quite surprised with the light plastic one. The globe is so big it might be too heave and dangerous in glass anyway. Other than that it is well made, the base and stem are sturdy and nice material, it looks very nice, was well packed and was easy to put together. I need it so I am keeping it until I find something in a store since its not bad for the price. This is the 2nd lamp I bought online that did not fit the description so I am done trying there.

Soft Ambient light, decent quality.

Very good brightness and clarity. Just a bit flimsy, but as long as you put it somewhere that it won't get bumped often, it will work fine.

Easy to care for

I have this lamp in my sons room and love it because the shade is plastic - which means it's easy to clean! If you have boys, you know the importance of being able to easily clean their things! We also looped the cord around his headboard so he can easily turn it on and off from bed without having to step on the floor.

Simple and beautiful

I bought a pair of these lamps for my parent's living room in their new condo for lighting and decor. They are gorgeous lamps and the simplicity of the globe lamp is unique and it added "glow and glam" to the room. My parents have received many compliments from everyone who has seen them. I gave them 3 stars as the globes are impossible to lock in place. I was not so thrilled about sliding the globe onto the lock to secure it. I was worried I would crack it, and one of them did.

I ordered three of these lamps and love them. The shades are plastic, which I don't mind. One can't tell and the material makes me less concerned about having these in a home with a rambunctious puppy. They're a decent knock-off of more expensive versions and you can't beat the price with Overstock coupons and Club O points. A great value.

I love love love my lamp! It came in a perfect condition and assembly was quite easy. It makes my student apartment luxurious :)

Great presence - bright!

Love the look of this - simple design, but the bowl is quite large so it has presence in a smaller room. It's quite bright with a 100 watt bulb; I attached a dimmer cord and now it's customizable - perfect!

This light is bright, has a heavy base and works well on carpet. The globe is bigger than I expected, but I did not pay close to the measurements. Love it!

Bought this for my toddler’s room and it looks like the moon!!!!! It’s adorable. Love it! And the best part?! The “globe” isn’t glass. It’s definitely plastic. Which is SAFE for a toddler.
