The birds do not slide all the way down to the notch on the pole. They barely balance on the top of the pole. Poor design and Wayfair would not refund my money even though a defective product was sent.

These bird statues are really quite cool. I was impressed with the simplistic beauty of the pieces. They are heavy and sit perfectly on my distressed wooden sideboard. Very, very pleased with this set.

These are very very rustic belong in a cabin or even outside surrounded by stone. Not what we were looking for.

My husband bought me a set of these for my birthday. I was shocked at how affordable they were for the impact they bring to the room. The bases may be poured concrete, but they have the look of actual river rock, and the birds cast an elegant, dramatic image in the space.
