This a beautiful rug but the colors were more muted than I wanted

I bought the 10 x 14’ size rug and a rug pad to go under. The size is accurate within a few inches. The quality of the rug is very good. The color is represented well by the picture on the listing. Soft shades of blues and rosy reds on a background of cream and ivory. I was hoping the background wouldn’t be a gold color and it is not. Because it is real wool there is some shedding, but that’s completely normal for about 6 months. The rug is thick and luxurious to walk on. There aren’t any wrinkles, curls or places that would be a tripping hazard. I have only had the rug for a few weeks so I can’t say how well it will spot clean but as of now I am completely happy with my purchase. I will likely order another in a different pattern for the bedroom.

Color not true to picture

Color not true to picture or description. It was orange. We returned it using the instructions and label provided by rugs direct. Fed Ex would not accept the label without a bar code on it. The took the rug and returned the next day for the label which rugs direct did not provide. Then Fed Ex lost the rug. Terrible experience.

The rug arrived professionally packaged. The rug is as exactly as advertised online. The new Safavieh wool rug measured 9 feet by 12 feet. It adds a nice finishing touch to the room.

This is not a red and blue rug.

This rug is described as red/blue. It is absolutely not red/blue, it is a rust/orange with blue/gray. It is very different than what is pictured. We ended up returning it because it is so different looking. It was too bad because the quality of the rug was beautiful. If you are looking for gray, orange and gold, it may work for you, otherwise keep looking.

I was surprised that the rug arrived folded. It looks pretty good though with a rug pad underneath. I like the colors. The quality is okay. It is 70% wool and 30% cotton according to the tag. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Little muted in color

This is a beautiful rug with a lovely design. I didn’t realize the weave was so thick until I saw it in person. The ivory/blue looks a lot more muted than it did online. It’s soft, thick and seems like it will be durable.

I was impressed by the quality of this rug. Beautiful muted colors. I was hoping for more of a grey blue and it's a little more blue than my monitor showed but I still love it and it works in the space. Worth the price
