The rug is beautiful, but unfortunately it has a manufacturer defect. There is an area on rug that is not woven properly and you can see underlying stitches. Also the rug was not rolled, but folded, which causes some creasing. The last rug I ordered arrived rolled and without defect. I hope replacement will arrive that way!!!!

I absolutely hate this rug. It is not durable at all, has pulls and weaves coming apart everywhere. I've purchased several Safavieh rugs before and been very pleased. This one is a huge disappointment.

Love this rug. The quality of the "Safavie" wool rugs is wonderful. However this rug has an area on it that must have gotten damaged in packaging. There are several threads pulled out from the patten on one side. I am going to try to repair it myself to avoid returning it. Otherwise the rug is very nice.

When unrolled, found uncut pieces of wool yarn, pulled loops, clumps of shedding, even a dark stain mark visible from top to backing. Very poor quality. Contacted SAFAVIEH directly. Was told rug will never stop shedding! It's a beautiful color and design, but sent it back. BBB is great with customer service though. Rug, not so great!!

I have purchased many rugs from overstock and many Safavieh rugs. Never been disappointed until now. The rug has an indentation down the center that is not going away. It snags on my animals whenever they walk on it and they have trimmed nails. Honestly if this was my first purchase it would be my last. I do not understand all the good reviews. Pretty color, nice design, terrible quality.

Not like the picture

This rug didn't look like the picture. It had a lot more design in real life making it to busy for my taste. Also the colors weren't like the picture more of a grayish tone. I returned the rug.

I have purchased these rugs multiple times for my family room. They are great quality and hold up well. They are easy to clean and tidy the whole room together.

This rug is beautiful. The light gray color is as described. As listed in the reviews, the rug does shed. Hopefully this will diminish after several vacuuming. The one negative is that the edges of the carpet are not bound. Hopefully this will not be a problem. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

Not made to withstand big dogs

I love this rug. The color...sage is just beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted. I just want customers to understand if you have larger dogs....do not buy this. My dogs nails are trimmed, but the pulls in this rug are horrible. Its not made wrong....just not made for dogs. The color size and quality are great. Guess I live and learn.

Very nice!

This is my third purchase of the same rug! It is beautiful...the only drawback....it is difficult to clean. My dogs came through the room with a little dirt on their paws. Spot cleaning left smudges. I used a scrubber after, and the design in the rug was affected.

Unraveling

Disappointed! The wool did shed which I was expecting. However after having it down for just a few days it started to unravel in spots. I called Customer service and the representative agreed that the rug was defective. So unfortunately I had to return it.

This product was not for me. Came with 2 small stains as well as an unfinished look. From a distance, it was fine. Up close, it was a no. Edges were rough/raw looking.

New dirty rug

It is a very nice carpet. After we unrolled it we discovered five 'dirty' spots. We used a carpet cleaner (on a new rug?) to try to clean the rug. While we were mostly successful, it left five shadows on the rug. If it wasn't too much aggravation we would return it, but we'll just live with it. I don't know what the spots were (didn't smell them) but it wasn't dirt. If you order one, without spots, you would be satisfied.

Wool Rug

Really cute and a great price for a wool rug. It's a little thicker than the last rug I had at that location so it's harder to open the door but overall it's a really nice rug.

Pretty and Durable

This is the perfect rug for our sunroom - the pattern is there, but very subtle. This rug doesn't shed, is really durable and easily vacuumed!

Sturdy and Stylish

Excellent quality rug. Very thick and holding up well in our front hall. Very glamorous in styling. Easy to vacuum or spot clean. We have 2 dogs so this is just what I needed!
