Absolutely love this rug! I bought 3 different sizes and they all are perfect. They brighten up my home and are very soft to walk on. So glad that I found these.

Really happy with this rug. Purchased the beige rug and colors are true to what is shown on website. I was concerned because the 4' square seems to have a peach background but the 8x10 is definitely beige/tan background. It lays down nicely right out of package.

great colors

i have this rug in my master bedroom. it is comfortable on my feet and the colors are fabulous. delivery was easy, but its a heavy rug so you will need help if left at mailbox

Soft and easy care

Wool quality is very soft under foot. I have both the ivory and black that I alternate spring and winter in front of my kitchen sink counter. Ivory wool cleans up great and black hides all spills. Considering another for my mudroom to match . My 5th Safavieh wool rug. Love them all !

Great quality

Gorgeous, but not without some caveats

While anyone who shops here knows that OS.com princes cannot be beat for these thick, wool area rugs, you are always taking a chance in terms of color and patterns matching what is advertised. That being said, I am happy for the most part with my area rugs purchases here at OS.com, but when reviewing I will try to be as thorough as possible, including photos where needed. The quality of every Safavieh thick wool area rug that I have bought is fantastic, if that is what you are looking for. They feel great under bare feet and look amazing on your floors. The backing is excellent, with wide grosgrain ribbon reinforcing the edges. They will fit up your vacuum cleaner several times when they are new, but I do not mind this. I prefer wool and that comes with the territory. I originally purchased the 4'x 4' round in this rug for my foyer back in Fall of 2020 right after I moved, and it is beautiful. It was so pretty that I wound up buying the 3' x 5' rectangle and the 2'3" x 11' runner for my kitchen just recently in April of 2021. The kitchen connects to the foyer and I will now be continuing with the same color scheme in both areas. My complaints are: one, that you have to be careful with the looped parts of these rugs, as those can come up easily if over-aggressive delivery men stomp too hard in their industrial-soled shoes. I now have to be vigilant when vacuuming the round rug as the dude went a little nuts wiping his feet and have three loose pieces on the round rug. A bit more durability with this was expected and would have been welcomed. And two, the color variations (see pictures). Of course I bought all the same color (Ivory/Multi), but the runner is noticeably different than the other two (see pictures). You can't call it timing because the one I bought in 2020 matches one of the ones bought in 2021, and the one that doesn't match was bought in the same order as one of the ones that does match. I have written 3 times to OS.com to give them the opportunity to address this, but I have gotten zero response back. Lousy customer service, that. Thus, you are about to read the reason why some of my reviews are not automatic 5-stars: I can forgive the loose loopings in the pile. Most people will not be as stupid with wiping their massive shoes on a fancy rug as that particular delivery guy was. But the color is an issue. I am a fine artist and I will FOREVER notice this. However (and here is a common thread you will see in some of my reviews of any of the area rugs I have bought here at OS.com), they are so well made and still VERY attractive (despite me being annoyed in the color variations every single time I walk through my kitchen), and OS' return policy on rugs is a bear to deal with... so I am keeping them.

Love this rug !

I love this rug! The colors are exactly as the picture portrays them. I have a paprika/chili red fabric sofa and the color on this rug matches it perfect! It appears to be made very well. Even though the background of this rug is black it really brightens up my room with is various brighter colors. I'm very pleased with this rug in all aspects of it.

Eye-popping wool hooked rug!

Sometimes a room can look good ---so how do you transition to GREAT? It can be as simple as adding a splash of color on your floor. A room needs dressing up on all levels. This rug makes a room POP! It has multiple warm colors on a black background. This is a beautiful rug and easy to coordinate with accent pillows. With winter around the corner add some cheer and brightness to these days that are gray outside.

Great Rug!

Overstock went above and beyond in delivering this rug. I ordered the rug on Sunday, Overstock sent several emails notifying me about the delivery status, and the rug was delivered on Wednesday - several days early! The rug colors are exactly as pictured, the pile is warm and comfortable to walk on with bare feet, and we love it in our family room. Thank you Overstock!

Beautiful colors and so soft!

We ordered two different sizes of this rug to go into the sun room. The colors are wonderful and the rug is soft. It laid flat as soon as it was unrolled.

Huge disappointment

The only good thing about this rug is it's high pile. The photo is very inaccurate,it's not beige with a nice contrast between the background and flowers, but rather it's brown with a muddy haze over the whole design. The cherry on top,it's bristly against the skin, like sitting or laying on sandpaper.
