It is a thick, soft, natural fiber. It rolled out flat and heavy, it vacuumed easily. In the picture it looked like white ovals, but it is all black with textured oval patterns. Accentuates animal print pillows. Very happy with this purchase.
We’ve had this rug 8 year in high traffic. Has worn like a champ. Beautiful coloring. It’s a wool cut pile so she’d a bit when we first got it. We’ve been extremely satisfied with it.
