This rug is available online at overstock.com for the same price with an additional discount of $240, total price of $1401. I was able to ask Macy's Home Goods to price match the overstock.com price, but they still charged me tax ($120 in California). The rug itself is a nice neutral color, goes very nicely with dark hardwood floors or hardwood furniture. Ask to have it laid flat, as its appearance on ground is very different than hanging. Hanging, this will have a sheen and appear even more abstract and grey; on the floor, subtle yellows and blues are picked up. The overstock offer is good, and they have a number of the same rugs online. Don't fall for the silly "We have only one left in stock," come-ons. This feels very comfortable on my feet, and I have sensitive skin. (prone to winter eczema).

I simply love my new rug made with New Zealand wool and viscose. It is beautiful, soft to touch, high quality rug I always wanted. It looks amazing in my living room, blends really well with my transitional style. The price was on the high end, but it was $400.00 less than any other site I checked. I`m very satisfied with my purchase.

Bug in a Rug

Excellent rug for value. Muted colors of rug match with almost anything and really pulls a room together. Material is comfortable and non-slip backing is great.

I should have known

The old adage "you get what you pay for" proved true on this one. This rug was inexpensive and it looks it. It's not as thick as the other rugs I have bought on Overstock and the colors are not quite what I expected. There is a lot of salmony pink in the rug. I have bought three other rugs from Overstock and been very happy with all of them.

Great Purchase

This rug is beautiful and is exactly what I had been looking for to put in the reading corner of my classroom. The colors are cheery, the pile is soft and it would be a great addition to any home. When my husband saw it he said, " can we keep it for the house?"
