Beautiful High Quality Rug

2 ordered - not even close in color

I was very disappointed when I received my rugs from you. I ordered 2 of the same design and color. They weren’t even close in matching and being that I was using them in the same area right next to each other, this was not acceptable. The rugs were ok. They are very heavy.

I've owned this rug for 3 days. It's badly stitched and coming undone. There are 2-3" gaps where the outside braid is completely unattached allowing all the braids to fray and unravel. Completely unacceptable.

The 5X8 is nice, not firm but limp and wrinkles...

The 5X8 is nice, not firm but limp and wrinkles easily. It looks nice outside the glass doors onto our patio. I also ordered a round braided jute rug to put under the patio table. It gets a little sun on it and is changing color to a yellowish tone. Not thrilled that the rugs don't really match and the fact that the round rug has not even been down for long. It just makes me wonder what color it will be in the future. I love the natural jute color, I have many baskets in our outdoor living area and we liked the continuity of the jute color. It is also not a firm rug.
