This item was very well packaged and delivery was on time. However when I opened the rug I was disappointed how how different the rug looked in person compared to the picture on the web site. The rug is much more darker, there was no cream tones (like in the picture) to bring out light, just a very dark new rug that made it look dirty and old. Houzz Customer Service staff was in credibly helpful in assisting with return.
