The website is great with wide range of selection, pictures, reviews that help in deciding. The Heritage HG-794 we purchased arrived in time, well packaged.
The rug is beautiful but smells like mildew
While I love the rug, the mildew smell has not gone away. It’s been almost 2 weeks and while the smell has diminished, it is still very prominent when you enter the house. Can you pay for a cleaning or do I need to send the rug back? Please advise

Rug is great and soft. The colors are perfect.
We have enjoyed this carpet in our living room for several years now. Easy to steam clean and hides stains fairly well. Capable of trapping a lot of dust though.

Great Looking But Sheds Like Crazy
These are great looking heavy duty carpets. However, if you have allergies, consider that shed a tremendous amount. Have to empty vacuum for each pass over a rug this size.

This rug is beautiful. It's very high quality, beautiful colors and is perfect in my bedroom. The description says blue but it's more on the green side which I wanted.
Nice thick wool rug. The main background color is a bluishgreen as described. I was very happy with that color since it coordinated well with my Magnolia Home paint that is very similar. Fast shipping and well wrapped. Very happy with this rug.

Nice Rug for the Price!
Lovely rug, just not the colors that I needed. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. I think the colors are off on my monitor, as this rug was much more red than it looked online.
It is not blue, color is seafoam green. Wrong description.
