Good quality but less than pretty

probably should have been predictable from pictures, but color scheme is jarring, even more so in person than online - still gave 3 stars because quality is decent and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say

I bought this rug to put under my kitchen table, which is open to the living room. I needed something to pick up a blue color but I wanted a modern pattern to go with the danish modern vibe I like. The rug sheds but all cut wool rugs do for a while. I do wish the rug was a standard 4'x6' but I am very pleased with price and quality.

Beautiful rug, top quality, needs alot of vacuuming the first 2 weeks, but that is because of the top quality.

Arrived quickly, received the carpet faster than I did my nonslip pad for it. The colors are a bit lighter than I thought they would be from the picture. This is my only slight against the carpet though. Otherwise its quite cushy and at a good price. Also there is a lot of piling at first, I'm expecting this to slow down eventually like most carpets.
