Mold
Before we even opened the package we could smell mold. Once opened it was clear that not just the packaging but the rug itself smelled like mold. We decided to lay it out and hope that in the morning it would be fine, especially after a night next to our air cleaner. Well the next morning both of us were experiencing significant allergic reactions to the rug. I immediately emailed Rugs Direct about the problem and one month later have heard NOTHING from them except to receive this survey
Vewry nice - color description
The rug came within a week and was very well shipped. (This one was delivered by Fedex.) There were two heavy plastic sleeves the rug sat in and there was no damage or dirt on the rug.
