Overall I would give this 4 out of 5 stars - the design and color (I purchased the burgandy one) is good; however, be aware that this wool rug sheds a ton. You absolutely need to vacuum it first about three times in a row, and you will still have a full vacuum bag, but it will cut down on the amount of shedding (eventually, I hope it will stop entirely). Good purchase for the price.

Wonderful rug! The Red/Gold color looks gorgeous on dark hardwood floors. The price is very reasonable. The only issue is that it sheds a lot. Since this is a thick rug, the shedding doesn’t seem to impact its appearance. Pleased with the purchase.

This rug was consistent in the quality ,as compared to past rug purchases. The colors, were what I expected and the size fit perfectly in the location chosen.

Wonderful Rug!

Extremely happy with this rug! It is very thick, beautiful colors (mine was the off-white rug), and has held up beautifully over several years.

Nice rug. Quality matched image. It does shed more than some other wool rugs I've purchased. Happy overall.

Bought this rug a while back and while the colors are pretty, the rug sheds a lot. Would not recommend for a busy traffic area.

This has been a real surprise because of the way it hold s up with lots of foot traffic. No fading detected at all and brings some softness to an area that has very hard floors.

Such an amazingly beautiful rug! The price is unbelievable when you take in consideration the quality of this rug and the material combination used of wool and silk. Shading is not that bad!

wish it was a little silkier on touch considering it is made out of wool+silk
