Bright rug

This is a very pretty rug. Bright colors are true to the picture. I just wanted something for my utility room cuz the stone is cold & hard on my knees. This fit the bill.

Perfect!

Soooo happy with this purchase!. This rug is thick and well-made. Colors are just lovely: predominantly rust-red, salmon, cream and medium-dark blue and then there's goldish beige, sage and medium green. Beautiful! This is my fourth Safavieh rug from Overstock and I've been pleased with all.

Beautiful rug! Great design and colors as pictured. Looks like one of the much more expensive rugs on this site but for a better price point. Love it!

Rust, salmon, ivory, marine blue

Great quality rug. Not the colors I was expecting, but will work. I vacuumed immediately and there was not the usual intense shedding-and still not. Colors are VERY off. My title tells you what you see as first impression of actual colors in rug. There is also sky blue, turquoise blue and sage. I was expecting red, ivory, orange and black as primary colors. Ivory is the only correct representation. It is a FABULOUS rug-just wrong colors. I have the safavieh durable hard surface carpet pad underneath and it is quite soft and cozy. Be aware that it is a looped rug-so far no problems with my dogs nails. The loops are very tight and close together. As always, watch overstocks pricing-it's always changing, especially if you have a coupon. I have found the price is almost always cheaper when they don't offer coupons. Free delivery is an absolute bonus when shopping Overstock.

This rug is gorgeous

It is exactly as advertised. Very high quality and thick! Not abnormally thick but if you were looking for something thinner this is not your rug. The threading and colors are perfect and give it the appearance of being rather expensive. No complaints.

Great Rug - Horrible Service

Rug is amazing. Goes perfect with our dining room theme and color. The online photos are very accurate as it relates to color. The photos are a bit off however in relation to texture/construction. In real life, the loop construction is loose and bigger, making the rug not have the sheen as it appears to have online and the pattern tends to blend a bit more. Overall, I still love the style and it is formal enough to use in our dining room. Feels great with a good rug pad under it. Overstock.com leaves a lot to be desired with customer service. The first order we received late, days past the original estimated delivery date. And, on top of that, it was an entirely different rug. Spent a half hour fixing the issue on the phone that evening with a customer service rep who promised expedited shipping in two days for the correct replacement rug as well as arrangements for return of incorrect rug. Well the new rug finally arrived a week later (so much for expedited shipping) and we had the wrong rug taking up huge amounts of space rolled up in our dining room for a week. I received no future coupon for the trouble, no discount, not even an apology. I understand these things happen but in my experience, other online shopping sites have provided MUCH better service recovery than Overstock.com.
