I'm glad the poor reviews didn't deter me from buying this rug. Good quality. Beautiful rust, navy and cream colors. No musty smell, carpet was rolled up and packaged well.

Colors didn't come close to image. Mostly tan/browns. Had a very strong musty moldy odor upon opening. Didn't unroll completely due to these issues. Other rug ordered was a better color match. Item returned easily.

We bought two of these, we love them so much. We used in both out dining room and eat in kitchen. Beautiful colors and quality! I absolutely love this piece, the colors are awesome and it fits our space like a gem. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. If you have the membership then exchanges can be easy too.

It's a bit thin and scratchy but it looks great and it's not expensive.
I have received the same incorrect order. Gave up and cancelled order. Will look for replacement at brick and mortar.

The Safavieh Kilim Vilborg Southwestern Wool Fringe Rug came in a clear package and I can see water condensation inside the package. I am not sure if the rug was wet during transportation but it appears dry when I open the package to inspect.

This rug is large and really adds that modern earthy vibe to a space. It is very aesthetically pleasing, however the pattern isn’t as bold as it appears in the photos. It also sheds a bit. I still recommend if you’re looking for this style, it definitely still brings all of the style and has held up very well in a high traffic area so far.
