Beautiful Jute Rug/Great Quality

I purchased this jute rug to layer with another rug in my family room. I really love the texture of it and the pattern makes it stand out and look expensive. There's very little shedding and it's held up very nicely.

Nice size and color. Softer than a jute rug. Defines a space with a dark floor. How it will hold up to stains and cats is yet to be seen. I wish it was more tightly woven. You can put your fingers thru it in areas.

If you are looking for a well-made, neutral color rug, this is the one for you. Will mix and match with almost any decor you already have. Highly recommend.

I like this! . Its darker than the photo and maybe redder. That said, it unrolled easily and a couple hours in the sun cured it's tendency to curl. (and a quick spritz of non-toxic bug spray just in case). The dimensions are accurate, so what's not to like?

Color too light. it’s going to hold up going through the middle of the kitchen or in a hallway. I sent it back and it cost about a third of what I paid for it… Actually even more very disappointing.

I never write reviews, but this situation warrants one. Using this rug as a runner in the kitchen. It started shedding from the first. Black fibers under the rug had to be vacuumed constantly. Now the rug fibers are just breaking down completely and the rug is disintegrating to the point of unravelling. I've had this rug 5 months. It's going in the garbage.

Great rug. Colors are true to pics. Doesn’t slide around without mat. The cut was slightly crooked on both ends, thus cutting one star in quality. Feels fine on the feet, not too rough.

Do not recommend. Poor quality

This is the first thing I've gotten from Overstock that is obviously poor quality and just made for discount sales. I am so disappointed. The whole thing isn't even sized correctly and cups up like a dog bed. This isn't just from shipping. The sizing for the border material is too small to ever lay flat and it's cheaply glued on, without regard. You can see the glue soaked through the fabric and globs of it are in the grass weave as well. Seriously do not recommend.

This rug is a big disappointment! The ends are continuing to surface, they have not been tied off, they just pop up. When you walk into the room, there are ends sticking up all over the rug. Do not recommend purchasing this rug.

Perfect Natural Fiber Rug

I was a bit nervous after reading a few reviews. My rug came on time delivered on my doorstep cleanly and neatly packaged. The rug is thicker and so much softer than I expected. I love natural fibers and nature-inspired decor. This jute rug is perfect! It did have a wonderful earthy scent when I unpackaged it, but it wasn’t unpleasant or overpowering at all. It has beautiful natural variations in the weave and color. Don’t hesitate to order this rug! It is an absolute bargain for the quality.

The color of this product on the website does not look anything like the rug in actuality. The product description is also misleading. The actual height of the rug is .75 inches, not the .2/.25 inches indicated on the website. The rug was so thick that my hallway door could not open/close.

Nice rug

It was soft enough and although I had read some bad reviews there was basically no odor and none of the other issues I was concerned with. The outer edge was slightly wonky but gives it a more authentic, original look. Very bohemian. Satisfied with it overall. Looks nice in my daughters room and she didn't complain about any scratchiness.

Looks great, but not super durable

I purchased a rectangular rug for the back sliding glass door in our house. It is thick and looks great. Less than 6 months though and it is starting to fray on one end. I have two young boys, a dog and cat, so we are rougher on items than most.

Waste of money. This natural fibre rug is so rough my family refuses to walk on it. It actually hurts your feet if you try to walk on it with bare feet. It also arrived with rips and tears on the surface, so it doesn’t even look good. I should have returned it but it’s so bulky that it seemed too much of a hassle.

Poor quality

Very poor quality for the price. The trim is uneven and was very dirty in many spots. I am going to try and clean it as it’s too much trouble to try and send back or return to a store. I also ordered the runner 2’6”x 6’ from the same collection and they were completely different colors and weave as you’ll see on the photos.

This rug looks exactly as photographed. Shipping was fast without any damage. The edges are a little less aligned then I would like, but that is part of the natural fiber and leaving method. Great price for the quality. I ordered 6 rugs of this style in various sizes and am happy with all of them.
