The rug is pretty, but it sheds and pills SO MUCH. I thought it would get better after the first couple vacuums got loose fibers out, but it’s been two months and it’s still happening nonstop.
Wrong and Just frustrating all around
Supposed to be silver and blue - totally ivory and teal/green. Not correct at all. Return process is costly and slow. Was trying a small version for the door to verify color before ordering the large rug, and glad I didn’t have to deal with these frustrations AND incorrect descriptions with a 10 x 14. Not ordering again.
Great rug! Love the colors and has held up well to foot traffic and pets.

It's cute, but i think it would look better in the larger size (I got 5 x 7) -- its nice and plush, but the colour leans blue
AVOID purchasing this rug. I bought it in October 2023, and it's still shedding fibers. These fibers adhere to clothes, socks, feet, and more, scattering all over the house and laundry. They are extremely difficult to remove. While my husband and I were practicing our wedding dance, the rug fibers ruined my dress. I strongly advise against buying this product.

Damaged rug
I ordered a beautiful rug but it was severely damaged in delivery. The customer service at Rugs Direct were prompt in crediting my account which I think speaks a lot for a great customer service department.

This rug exceeded all of my expectations! It's so soft and the colors are true to what you see online.
Was so excited for this rug! However, the measurements are inaccurate! I had to return it AND pay about $80 in shipping for something that was incorrectly described. As a long time customer at Wayfair I was disappointed at the customer service reaponse for this issue.
