Bookshelf with drawers

I bought this to complete my office suite. It is in the white and was just what I needed to display my personal items. I have it against the matching file cabinets and it is just beautiful. It if heavy and sturdy and I am very pleased with the quality. Mine has the doors as well. I also really love the legs on the whole suite.

The desk was delivered with care and the gentlemen made sure it was set up exactly how I asked. They were incredibly helpful and the desk looks amazing in my office—better than seeing it at the showroom!

Hartford Bookcase with bottom doors

I absolutely love this bookshelf. It is super heavy duty and heavy. You can attach it to the wall with the kit so it doesn't tip over. The bottom doors have the easy close. No slamming of the doors! The color and design is perfect. This piece of furniture accented with the rest of the collection will not disappoint! The whole set is heavy duty!

NFM is awesome!!!

First, NFM is just about the only place that has office furniture. This set is beautiful and fits all our needs. Not one flaw in any of the pieces. We actually found this set but wanted to keep looking. Ended up buying at a local store, same furniture but in black, cost was a little more. Upon delivery, all the pieces had some white smudges that wouldn't wipe off, the desk too had a big ring on it like water damage and some paint missing. Got a refund and told them to come get it since they wouldn't put it right back on the truck. Called our sales girl at NFM, paid over the phone, delivery was perfect. Should've done this in the first place!

Buying furniture online is risky because of companies like this!

Total regret! We buy a lot of furniture and I’m always hesitant to buy online in case it looks different from pics online or installation is tricky. But I was happy with the online consultant who helped me buy it, but after that it’s been a nightmare. The installers left half of the screws out, and the manufacturer assembled incorrectly so the some screws don’t align. I spent the last 2 hours turning over heavy furniture to get you pictures and accurate information. Before retirement, I spent my entire career in customer in customer service and the treatment I received this morning from the first rep who refused to let me speak to a manager and then hung up on me was disgusting.
