My Hathaspace air purifier stopped cleaning the indoor air a few months ago and it is still under warranty. I submitted a service request on the manufacture website. I followed the tips a customer support member provided to clean the sensor, but the air purifier still doesn’t work. Therefore, I contacted the company customer support again, but they stopped responding. I spent over $400 for the air purifier. I didn’t expect such bad customer service experience.

Works well for removing gas smells

Was having problems with smells in my upstairs bathroom and hallway, which opening the windows didn't seem to solve. I think it was due to an issue with the A/C. The repairman fixed the A/C by adding a p-trap to the pipe going to the condensation removal pump, but in the process I think he released more gas, which made the smells worse. Every time I went up and down the stairs between floors it was like I was walking through a cloud of something, and some of the smell was starting to drift into other rooms as well. So I got this Hathaspace Air Purifier new on EBay for about 2/3 what it would have cost on Amazon. I sat it in the hall at the top of the stairs just outside the bathroom, and within an hour I would say the smell in the stairwell/hallway was gone. A day or two later and the smell in the bathroom disappeared as well. When I started it on auto the fan ran on high for 10-15 minutes or so, but after that it switched itself to low, and that's where it has stayed except for the couple of times I moved it to other rooms temporarily just to quickly purify them as well. it's basically silent when the fan is at the low speed. Anyway for my purposes it has worked great so far. Can't speak to its longevity though, as I've only been using it for a few days. I can say that the activated carbon filter is the same size as the hepa filter.

We have two large and three smaller units throughout the house to help insure the indoor air is clean. The units are sleek, quiet and stylish while also giving us an all-important readout of good air quality

My Harmony 1500 fully lives up to my hopes and expectations. It arrived in a timely manner, and is unobtrusive, essentially silent, and reliable. Very happy with this addition to my home.

To clarify my low rating, I purchased this air purifier to help with the smell of smoke coming from my neighbours apartment. It has not helped in the least. I really don't know if it improves my air quality otherwise as I don't know how to test that. The unit is quiet and unobtrusive.

The unit is extremely easty to set up and is very quiet. I have two and am very satisfied that odors are taken care of if the unit is near. I would rate it 5 stars but we have an open great room and kitchen. In the kitchen odors aren't extinguished as I'd like. The unit is closer to the great room than the kitchen.

We love it. Both of us believe it's received a lot of our seasonal sinus irritation. It's small enough to be inconspicuous in the home, and big enough to do the air purification we expected. I think our household dust has been reduced as well - but I could be an optimist there. I'm looking forward to the rest to the year with our air filter.

They are very easy to operate. In the bedroom they have really cleaned up the air. I have a little doge who sleeps in the bedroom. Before installing these air purifiers, the air sometimes would smell musty. It no longer smells that way.

This is an excellent product. Very quiet. It works great in my 500 sq foot studio. I can't believe how it reduced the dust in my apartment.You will not be disappointed. I keep it on 24/7 and at night I put it on sleep mode. Very happy with this purchase.

I think this product is excellent. It is very quiet when running on its lowest setting. The filters seem tremendous and compared to some other air purifiers that will purify that amount of air, it takes up less space. The features are very good too. I know it works because it seems very sensitive to even cooking odors, which cause the fan level to increase.

I absolutely love this air purifier. My husband got me one for Christmas and a few months later I purchased another for the other half of the house. Having this running daily has majorly helped with my terrible allergies. I love that the auto setting detects the air quality and adjusts the speed of the fan. My sister bought one that has an app and gives the air quality a number even though hers was way more expensive I feel they work just the same. This was a great price and works amazing.

I've certainly noticed a huge difference with less dog hair on my couch, less dust piling up in corners of the living room. Sometimes I will put it in the closet where I keep my cat's litter box and it gets rid of the smell. When I look at the actual filter, there doesn't look like there is much dust on it, so I don't know where it goes, but I've noticed a difference.

Attractive, sized right, quiet. The filters look as if they are very high quality. The HEPA 13 will replace the OEM HEPA 11 in my first shipment (joined the filter club).

This has been a game-changer for us in our tiny house that we share with our fur baby who happens to create a lot of dander. It was a noticeable improvement within hours that we plugged it in.

Easy to setup and use. It detects air in need of cleansing well. We have 2 dogs and their smell is gone in our house. Same when cooking a smelly meal, it kicks into high gear automatically and removes the uneanted scents. Quiet in auto mode.

This is a good air purifier, but the sensor (designed to speed up the fan, and volume of air purified when particulates reach certain levels) does not seem to react to smoke. We operate the hathaspace units in anion mode (ionizer), and originally purchased these primarily because we deal with smoke from a neighbor’s wood stove during the winter months, and from wildfires during certain periods in the summer months.

Good product for the price. Shipping was quick. One drawback is that since it is winter and the product blows cool air it takes the temperature down in the room a little. But the woodstove is going and it cleans the air from that which is good.

HSP001 Smart True HEPA Air Purifier is a good machine, it fulfills its mission, I also like the Anion option because it helps to eliminate odors especially from food. The service and costumer service of the Hataspace company is excellent. I am satisfied with my machine. I have one on the first floor and another in my bedroom works fine.

The Hathaspace 700 sq ft. air purifier is a high quality product. I placed it in our large master bedroom. With 3 dogs in our household, I needed something to help with the air quality as we slept. This has done the job well for me. I now have very little dust or dog hair on my furniture or bed linens. I wake up feeling well rested with no allergy symptoms. Very happy with my purchase!
