Bought this on sale. Easy to set up. Easy functions and controls. Auto mode is great stays nice and quiet, but can pick up the speed when it needs to. So far so good

As others have mentioned, it is rather large, but it is very quiet when set to the lowest speed. It also has a "sleep" setting which makes little to no sound at all. I've had it for about a month now, and have noticed that we have fewer dust balls accumulating than we did before purchasing it. We live on the central california coast near an agricultural area, so it is a dusty environment. I purchased it when on sale at Best Buy so got a great deal!

Annoying fan sound

The fan started making an annoying whirring sound a little after two years of use. Customer service was unable to help as the warranty expired a month prior. Dissapointed that I spent $350 for only two years of service.

air quality indicator ring is always red after 2yr

I changed the filter regularly. Right after the warranty expired, the air quality sensor is no longer working. The air quality indicator ring stays red with 200+ reading. It used to be less than 10. I put it in my room which is only 150 sqft. I ran this purifier for hours and the number is still that high. I also cleaned it and got a new filter. Nothing works.

It is too big and not very nice to look at. I like that it is quiet when it runs for its size.

Sensor is inaccurate, for the price better options

If you are buying this for the sensor, be aware that it is very, very finicky, and often inaccurate. Ours went from reading 5 at all times to reading 150. Per my conversation with Levoit, I blew on the sensor, vacuumed the sensor. This brought it to 89. Constantly. No matter what the conditions were. Which means it's not reading right. They had no real scientific explanation of why it would always read 89 other than perhaps dust caught on the sensor and were condescending when helping me. I had someone from the fire department test my air for particles, showing that PM2.5 is nowhere near 89. You would do best to buy two cheaper air purifiers that have no sensor, and save yourself nearly $200. I plan to return this and get two (from another company, I think) and a separate PM2.5 meter or ask Levoit for a discount to reflect that this is nothing but an air purifier with no sensor.

Love this air purifier. I got it because several of my neighbors smoke in my apartment building and this takes care of that smell. I've also noticed that my allergies seem to be doing better as well. It's also not too loud and very adjustable.

Air sensor does not work. does not clean air

Was sent a dirty used product,air quality sensor does not work does not detect cooking odors or foul smells. Delayed shipping and unprofessional customer care and management.
