Bad design

We have had the sofa for a few years and the quality is good, but the cushions are a little too small so there is always a gap in the middle and they slide around. Honestly, they drive me nuts. We are constantly shifting them back into place.

Love this sofa

Love this outdoor sofa. Super comfortable and easy enough to put together. Looks amazing too! Cushions slip around a little, but wouldn’t change my choice to purchase again.

Disappointed given the price

The sofa's nice to look at but the quality and comfort are lacking. We ultimately opted to return. The biggest issue was the cushions. As others have mentioned, they're difficult to tie down, constantly slide around, and leave large gaps. They're also much thinner than they appear in the picture; you can't "sink in" to this couch. The backrests also sit very low, making it impossible to lean back for anyone of average height or taller. Finally, I was surprised by the extensive self-assembly process. The whole experience felt very Ikea-like. I will say that dealing with customer service and processing the return was pretty quick and straightforward.

Cushions don’t stay put

We have had our set (2 chairs and the couch) for a few months now. It looks good and is reasonably comfortable (though not amazingly comfortable). My main complaint would be that the cushions tend to sag and slide out of place, which looks quite messy. I am disappointed given the cost and the rave reviews.

We purchased this sofa in the Leaf color. It looks very elegant. The seats are comfortable and it was fairly easy to assemble. We haven't really had a chance to use it as it is rainy weather, but so far we are very happy! Can't wait for the sun.

Absolutely LOVE this set!

I search & search for the perfect patio set. I wanted something durable but yet stylish. I found it at Neighbor!! I had questions prior to ordering & the customer service was very helpful. I purchased the couch, loveseat, pillows & covers - it also arrived within two weeks, which was a bonus.

Love this sofa!

We love our Neighbor sofa. It's super comfortable and big - you could easily fit four people on it. It's just as nice and high quality as it looks online. We can't wait to get some of the new pillows Neighbor just came out with to add to it! We plan to expand our collection one day.

Great product and customer service!

My husband and I bought the Haven teak arm sofa in Rust after a long, frustrating experience with West Elm where our sofa was never delivered in full after a year of back and forth communication. Ordering from Neighbor was refreshingly seamless with a very quick turn around! Customer service was excellent and answered all of our questions quickly. We assembled the sofa and two ottomans quickly and each piece is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable! The only thing we would change is adding some ties to the cushions on the ottomans - they tend to slide around a bit. Very happy with our purchase!

Beautiful furniture but not as functional as hoped

I had been eyeing the haven outdoor furniture for a while and finally pulled the trigger this spring. Overall the couch and chair look great in our space. However I have a few disappointments, the cushions do slide and I'm constantly readjusting them. I noticed a few other reviews mentioned this as well and I agree that this is annoying and wish the cushions would stay put better. Also, the material (canvas) is not as stain resistant as I feel it is advertised. I would say it has only had light use, our dog does not get up on the furniture and yet the fabric is looking stained. I would not recommend this fabric color.

So far so good!

This was a splurge and so far it feels worth it. The sofa is super attractive and comfortable, and the cushions seem to stay in place. I also ordered the matching pillows and they really complete the look, though they're definitely also quite pricey. The customer service was very responsive when I had questions about delivery timing, and everything arrived relatively quickly and as expected. So yes, definitely recommend if you can swing it.

Uncomfortable moving cushions

We have now had our Neighbor sofa for almost 2 years. Though the customer service and advertising is spectacular the product is not. It is very uncomfortable. The cushions move every time you sit on it making it super awkward for parties and guests always having to reposition the cushions. I love the look of the couch but functionality does not cut it at all.

The couch itself is beautiful and comfortable. I loved the design and the mid-century modern look. It was also easy to put together, with few parts.

Good but not what I expected for the high cost

We have this couch, 2 chairs and coffee table. This will be our 3rd season. We also have the covers, which we use religiously. Even with taking great care of the furniture and lightly using it the wood looks like it has mildew on it and dark spots. We have tried teak oil, scrubbing, exactly what the company told us to do and nothing worked. We spent a lot of money on this set so I was hoping for more. It is very comfortable and well-made structurally. I expected a lot for thousands of dollars though.

Amazing sofa

Obsessed with the sofa and all products from Neighbor. Each piece is so well made and so good looking. The sofa is a great size and depth. We have the coal color and love it. Can’t recommend this company enough!!!!

Great piece of furniture

Looks very nice. Excellent feel to the canvas upholstery. Was fairly easy to assemble by myself in about an hour. Comfortable to sit in. Now it’s time to find the perfect throw pillows!

Looks the part and can fight the elements!

Writing this 3 days after assembling The Sofa and The Ottoman. It's been so nice to have an outdoor living room that looks so good and is worth every penny. The wood quality is top notch, and the cushions look and feel high end. With all this California rain we have just had, I couldn't be happier with how well the matching covers work. Nothing beats having a cup of coffee outside in the corner of this sofa with the feet up. Now I see a spot for something else from Neighbor, I wonder what it'll be?
