Surprised and disappointed

I bought this quilt less than a month ago and I love it. I also bought matching shams about a week ago and love them too. When I saw both items were on sale and in stock, I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. This has been my experience with other quality retailers. I was told I could repurchase the items at the sale price, and return the full price items. Coyuchi’s branding is meant to convey a customer and environmental friendly policy. How does this policy reflect these values? It would seem to cost Coyuchi more money, inconvenience the customer, and certainly contribute to environmental waste. In the future, though I’ve been pleased with Coyuchi’s products purchased over more than a decade, because of the disconnect between the branding and the policy, I’ll certainly choose alternatives when possible. Because of my sincere effort to do my part regarding the environment, I will not return these products even though the price differential is not trivial for me. Thank you.

Surprised and Disappointed

I’ve been a Coyuchi customer for more than a decade. I bought this quilt recently and love it. When I saw that less than 3 weeks later it was 1/3 off, I called to see if I could have the sale price. (Other premium retailers I purchase from do honor recent purchases with sale prices.) I also bought matching shams about a week ago. I was told I could return the quilt and shams and repurchase for the sale price. As a company with branding that indicates concern for the environment and appreciation for customers, I was surprised and disappointed with this response from Coyuchi. Although I like Coyuchi’s products very much, I’ll choose alternative retailers in the future whenever possible. Out of my concern for the environment, I will not return these purchases, even though the price differential is not trivial to me. Please do better Coyuchi. Revise your branding, or live it. Thank you.

Soft and cozy!

The color is slightly darker than I thought, but it's a beautiful quilt with a nice weight and warmth.

Absolutely beautiful quilt. The colour us exactly what I was looking for and the cotton is buttery soft. I am so happy with this purchase.

Pretty color surf

I love the quality of this quilt. It is soft cuddly and the color surf is very pretty and subtle. It is also generously sized for my king bed. It will be great to use in the fall since it is a warm quilt. This is my fourth purchase from Coyuchi and I am never disappointed.

More brown than beige

I really wanted to love this but the color just didn't work out. It's much darker than depicted in the picture, definitely more of a brown color. I was worried about that given the name 'hazel' chambray. Hopefully they'll have more oatmeal-y type colors in the future. But it feels really nice. Not heavy, but not flimsy by any means, and soft for a quilt. Definitely better quality than the cloud quilt I was also eyeing from PB.

All time favorite quilt

These hand stitched quilts are very special. The channel stitched version is my favorite. Somehow it's softer than the pebbled version. If channel stitched comes up for sale again, in different color options, I may just end up with a third quilt. They are that nice. Yes, they are expensive, but they're worth it.

The tan was a little too somber for me. The small throw was expensive for how small it is. I am of moderate income and too expensive. I do appreciate the return policy.

Pulled stitches and hair sewn into stitches

I was so excited to receive my order. I thought I would be getting a luxuriously, soft, well-made quilt. I was shocked by the quality. Some of the stitching was pulled, there was a questionable hair sewn into one of the stitches, and there were tiny holes throughout the quilt. I immediately started processing the return to get it out of my house, so very grateful for free returns. Besides that, grossed out and won't be buying from Coyuchi again. I got a $55 all-cotton quilt from target and have been happier with the quality (even though the quality of that isn't the best).

Amazing product

The muted color is perfect to offset the white duvet, the quality feel of the fabric is relaxing, and the shipping has fast and reliable.

Laurel Color Channel Quilt

This is an amazing blanket- not only super warm but beautiful looking on my bed.

Very Nice

I have moved to house with passive solar and radiant heat. The bedroom can be in mid 70’s on Northern California coast. Looking for summer weight comforter. I’m also a hot sleeper. It still is alittle warm on sunny days. Nice color and well made. I love organic linens.

Quality quilt

This quilt exceeded my expectations. It’s soft to the touch and easy to wash. Lightweight, but warm enough on cool nights.

Bugs in it

I am giving this a two star because the quilt was infested with some sort of bug. It was a beautiful quilt, but I was immediately grossed out with all of the tiny creepy crawly bugs. It even came in a zipped bag so the bugs had to be there when it was packaged.

The most amazing quilt ever!

We love all of the products we’ve bought from Coyuchi, but this quilt is by far our favorite! So beautiful and delicate, large and cozy yet lightweight! We couldn’t recommend it enough! Also de quality is extraordinary. Totally in love!
