Shipment Incomplete

The item came missing the parts needed to attach it. And it took almost two weeks to get a refund. Much longer than other retailers. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Love this faucet. Have had it installed for just under a year and have had no issues whatsoever. Love the auto-off function and love the look. Highly recommend!

Great Delta faucet!!

Great faucet!! Ordering was very easy and shipping amazing!! The faucet itself is just what I wanted, well made and works great, I had the soap dispenser installed where m old sprayer was to be used for hand soap .

Once you have this sink, you will judge all other sinks. The simple touch to turn on/off is so nice. It's an upgrade with a very sleek design. I do believe it's been a cleaner option / while I still wipe down the faucet every week, it's noticeably less dirty than a standard faucet. Even the boys find it fun!

We've had this going on for almost 3 maybe 4 years now and it's incredible. Haven't had any issues with it. Coincidentally my brother purchased the same one for his own house and they love it too. I constantly tap other people's faucets in their kitchen thinking they too have this masterpiece of a faucet. Keep your eyes peeled when the price dips down and order one!

Color is much darker than what the website shows. The magnet is way too strong on the retractable hose. It starts to pull the neck down because you have to probably put 15lbs of force on it.

Beautiful faucet works perfectly in our sink area.

My husband said it was easy to install (after a difficult uninstall of the previous one). Not sure how easy it will be to refill the soap dispenser so we probably won't use it much. We had three holes from the previous one but decided not to use the plate that came with this one and added a matching button switch for the garbage disposal (easy plug-in install for that!). We probably should have put the dispenser on the opposite side of the faucet control handle as the existing hole is too close when we pull down the faucet handle. I think we will move the disposal button to that side. Good water flow from this faucet. No more splashing all over the counter and it looks terrific. I do have to push the sprayer head back in place as it doesn't seem to have enough weight to pull back in place on it's own but its not a big problem and we might try adding just a bit more weight. The oil rubbed bronze (brownish color) matches well with other things in our kitchen and we are very happy with it so far (one week after DIY install).

I am so happy with this faucet, it is stunning! Wayfair had the best price and shipping was super quick. This faucet comes with everything you need and installation was easy. It looks amazing, and makes our 15 year old sink look like new. I was pleasantly surprised with the soap dispenser—it holds a lot and the photos don’t do it justice. I wish I had purchased this much earlier, cannot recommend enough!

We just remodeled our kitchen and this was one of the best purchases. Heavy duty, great retraction of pull down faucet. It uses a weight to retract rather than a magnet so it feels nice and sturdy. I wasn’t sure how much I would use the touch technology to turn on and off but now that I have it - I could never go back. Buy it! Looks great and is worth every penny.

Not the best choice

I'm not willing to do the work to replace it again, but I'm disappointed and looking forward to a good excuse to replace this. The instructions weren't great, or I was missing the correct main clamping plate. The plastic sprayer hood isn't chrome to match the chromed metal spout. It's a brushed finish more like nickel. The water absolutely SHOOTS out in both modes and I have to turn the flow way down to avoid splashing water all over the counter. The spray function forms two "fangs" rather than a circular pattern. On the bright side, it doesn't leak, and is taller than my old faucet. Not the faucet's fault, but the 3/8" compression fittings were a pain to adapt to my older 1/2" iron pipe fittings. Plan ahead, if possible.

I bought this when we renovated our kitchen and for the first 6 months it was perfect. Works well.

Nice looking faucet but the touch technology did not work for us. The water would turn off then would not start running again. We finally unhooked the battery so we could use it without the touch technology. I would not recommend nor would I buy again.

Not consistent. The Touch 20 Technology needs some work. After only 6 months after being installed faucet does not come on every time when touched. Very finicky. Delta is supposed to be the #1 recommended brand, but they are missing the mark on this product. Unfortunately, the window to replace or return has closed; just before the faucet started being inconsistent.

We love this faucet! We had the matte black for years and with our kitchen upgrades we decided to change to the Venetian bronze. It’s gorgeous! The touch technology is awesome! But my favorite part about Delta faucets is the MagnaTite feature- no saggy pull-down faucet here!!

This is the best faucet. I love the light right above the counter that indicates the temp so I don’t scald myself. We use a lot of water in the kitchen are always washing our hands, wash a lot of dishes by hand, so the batteries last about 6 months. We’ll likely get the converter to plug it in next the the disposal.

I looove this faucet. It looks nice, and the touch function is so convenient. As others have reported, the touch function has stopped working a few times, but when this happens it operates as a normal faucet. To get it working again, I remove and reinsert the batteries, make sure the wires from the battery box are not touching metal, and it resumes working again. I removed one star because of this inconvenience.

Color is not stainless. It’s almost a mix between chrome and stainless and does not match any of our other stainless appliances or instant hot water faucet. It may look ok if you don’t have Roger stainless items near it, but there was way too much of a color difference for me so I will be returning it.

I ordered this Delta pulldown faucet as a replacement through Wayfair. The product was delivered within 3 days of placing the order. I was going to replace the faucet myself but since I realized that this was actually a two man job (unless I wanted to continually climb out from under the sink and then crawl back in under the sink), I contacted a local plumber and, with my assistance, we removed the old faucet and installed the new one in less than an hour. The faucet works beautifully and I especially like the magnetic attachment of the pull down nozzle. The water pressure is pretty good in both stream and spray mode. Subsequent to the installation, I went online and registered the faucet with Delta. So far, I am extremely pleased.

Love the simple but pleasing design of this Delta Essa faucet. The on and off lever and attached sprayer are easy to use. Good stream of water too. I also bought the same faucet for the laundry room sink but in the smaller version.

Just wow. I love this touch faucet. Even though my kitchen is small this faucet is a great fit. It makes it super easy to do dishes. Yes, it will automatically shut off after four minutes so I race it to see how many touches it takes. So far, my best time is 8 minutes. I’m tickled this faucet has turned a hated chore into a fun challenge! I feel like it knows me because it senses the difference between a touch and a grab very intuitively. We just had it installed and it works great. I hope it lasts forever. I splurged for this faucet and now I’m so glad that I did.
