It was exactly what I expected and looks very nice in it's location. I would definitely recommend this fixture as it is simple, yet slightly elegant.
This light has too slim of a profile and doesn't sit flush with the ceiling, so light leaks out at the seam. The gold finish feels cheap, and the fact that it only uses candelabra bulbs makes it super dim and sad. Not a good buy.

I purchased this light for my closet, looks really good and has a modern touch. Installing was simple except for lining up the two holes in the base to attach to the ceiling. But that could have been do to my aged eyesight. Overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase.
Works well with silver or gold/brass finishings as it has hints of both in the shade. Have not yet installed.
The lines are clean and its not too big.
Pretty
fits in tight area, pretty and simple minimalist design. only holds 2 light bulbs and mine are 40W and the fixture does get warm. Need to switch to LED soft lightbulbs to get decent amount of light. I'm going to try that today. should be ok. But otherwise, 2 lights at 40W each is not enough light for an entranceway.

Love the silver finish and the drum style. Thught the glass was a bit thin. Waiting for the painting project to be completed in order to insall in entry way.
I wish it was a bit larger, but over I'm satisfied. Had to buy adapters because I had the wrong bulbs, e23 to e26, but there was plenty of space.
They look really nice and not cheap..
